Abstract

Trauma kepala merupakan salah satu jenis trauma yang sering ditemukan di unit gawat darurat. Banyak pasien yang menderita trauma otak berat meninggal sebelum sampai di rumah sakit. Dalam mengevaluasi pasien dengan trauma kepala dilihat berdasarkan skor Glasgow Coma Scale, penyebab terjadinya trauma dan hasil CTScan. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengetahui gambaran CT Scan pada pasien trauma kepala dengan melihat penilaian awal GCS. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian studi dokumen. Populasi peneilitan ini adalah seluruh pasien yang terdaignosis trauma kepala pada bulan Juli 2015-Juni 2017 di RSU UKI. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasilnya dari 83 pasien yang diteliti, terdapat 65 pasien dengan CKR dengan gambaran CT Scan terbanyak yaitu normal (27,69%), 10 pasien dengan CKS dengan gambaran CT Scan terbanyak yaitu lesi multiple SAH dan ICH (30%) dan 8 pasien dengan CKB dengan gambaran CT Scan terbanyak yaitu lesi multiple berupa fraktur kranial dan EDH (37,50%). Trauma kepala paling banyak terjadi pada jenis kelamin pria, dengan rentang usia 17-25 tahun, dan etiologi tersering adalah kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kata Kunci : Trauma Kepala, GCS, CT Scan, Usia, Jenis Kelamin, Etiologi. / Head trauma is one of the most trauma found in emergency department. Many patients suffer from head trauma died before arriving in the hospital. The head trauma patient evaluation is determined based on Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), the cause of trauma and CT Scan results. The research is designed to have knowledge of the image of CT Scan on Head Trauma patient by observing the early assessment of GCS. The research is descriptive and uses document study research method. The population of the research is all of the patient diagnosed from head trauma from July 2015-June 2017 in UKI General Hospital. The data is processed by using SPSS 24. The results from 83 patient examined found that 65 patients with mild head injury which most CT Scan finding are normal (27,69%); 10 patients with moderate head injury which most CT Scan finding is multiple lesion in the form of SAH and ICH (30%); and 8 patients with severe head injury which most CT Scan images is multiple lesion in the form of cranial fracture and EDH (37,5%). Head trauma mostly happened to men with age range 17-25 years old, and the most often etiology is traffic accident. Keywords : Head Trauma, GCS, CT Scan, Age, Sex, Etiology.
