Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit infeksi yang menjadi pandemi global yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus jenis baru yang ditemukan pada tahun 2019 yaitu SARS-CoV-2. Jumlah kasus baru di Indonesia saat ini masih meningkat secara fluktuatif. Angka kematian juga terus meningkat walaupun diimbangi dengan angka kesembuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku pada warga di lingkungan kerja Puskesmas Kelurahan Cipinang Tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel minimal 379 orang. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat, hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pendidikan mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan (p = 0,000) dan tidak mempengaruhi sikap (p = 0,100) dan perilaku (p = 0,077). Jenis pekerjaan mempengaruhi perilaku (p = 0,033) dan tidak mempengaruhi pengetahuan (p = 0,291) dan sikap (p = 0,533). Adanya hubungan dan korelasi yang lemah antara pengetahuan dan perilaku (r = 0,165, p = 0,001) dan adanya hubungan dan korelasi yang lemah antara sikap dan perilaku (r = 0,251, p = 0,000). Kata Kunci : COVID-19, Karakteristik individu, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Perilaku. / Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that has become a global pandemic caused by a new type of coronavirus discovered in 2019, reffered as SARS-CoV-2. The number of new cases in Indonesia is currently still fluctuating. The mortality rate also continues to increase yet leveled by the fact that the number of recovered is also relevant. This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practice of residents in Puskesmas Cipinang Muara in 2020 by using the analytical survey method with a cross sectional study. The data are taken from distributing questionnaires by cluster sampling with a minimum sample of 379 people. The results showed there were association between level education and the knowledge and there weren’t association with attitude (p = 0.100) and practice (p = 0.077). There were association between occupation and practice (p = 0.033) and there weren’t association with knowledge (p = 0.291) and attitudes (p = 0.533). There were weak correlation between knowledge and practice (r = 0.165, p = 0.001) and between attitude and practice (r = 0.251, p = 0.000).
