Abstract

Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) ialah penyakit jantung yang terutama disebabkan karena penyempitan arteri koronaria akibat proses aterosklerosis atau spasme atau kombinasi keduanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara perubahan kadar lemak dalam darah terhadap kejadian penyakit jantung koroner. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan kasus kontrol (case control). Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode concecutive sampling. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 123 pasien dengan sampel sebanyak 94 pasien. Uji statistik dengan Chi Square dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara dislipidemia terhadap penyakit jantung koroner. Odds ratio menujukkan bahwa seseorang dengan kandungan LDL tinggi memiliki potensi terkena penyakit jantung koroner sebesar 4,198 kali. Seseorang yang memiliki kandungan HDL rendah memiliki potensi terkena penyakit jantung koroner sebesar 3,733 kali. Pasien dengan kandungan kolesterol total tinggi memiliki potensi terkena penyakit jantung koroner sebesar 4,897 kali. Pasien yang memiliki kandungan trigliserida tinggi memiliki potensi terkena penyakit jantung koroner sebesar 3,210 kali. Kata Kunci : Penyakit Jantung Koroner, Dislipidemia. / Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is a heart disease caused mainly by narrowing of the coronary arteries due to the process of atherosclerosis or spasm or a combination of both. This research aims to determine the effect of changes in blood fat levels on the incidence of coronary heart disease. This research is an analytic observational type using case control approach. Sample selection using concecutive sampling method. The study population was 123 patients with a sample of 94 patients. The statistical test used Chi Square test and Multiple Regression. The results of the study showed a correlation between dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease. Odds ratio showed that a person with a high LDL content has the potential to develop coronary heart disease by 4,198 times. Someone with low HDL content has the potential for coronary heart disease by 3.733 times. Patients with a high total cholesterol content have the potential to develop coronary heart disease by 4,897 times. Patients with high triglyceride content had the potential to develop coronary heart disease by 3,210 times. Keywords : Coronary Heart Disease, Dyslipidemia.
