Abstract
Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-4 dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak di dunia. Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan upaya dengan membuat gerakan pembangunan kependudukan yang dikenal sebagai Keluarga Berencana (KB). Selain manfaat, kontrasepsi KB hormonal menyebabkan efek samping, salah satunya yaitu gangguan menstruasi berupa perubahan siklus menstruasi, jumlah dan lama perdarahan, spotting, bahkan tidak menstruasi sama sekali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efek samping alat kontrasepsi hormonal (pil KB, suntik DMPA, dan implan) berupa gangguan menstruasi pada akseptor kontrasepsi hormonal di Puskemas Kelurahan Pisangan Timur II. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Jumlah 53 responden. Pemilihan sampel dengan purposive accidental sampling dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, akseptor pil KB tidak mengalami gangguan siklus menstruasi, berdasarkan jumlah dan lama perdarahan, yang paling banyak terjadi adalah hipomenorrhea (60%). Pada akseptor suntik DMPA, gangguan siklus menstruasi terbanyak adalah amenorrhea (38,5%), berdasarkan jumlah dan lama perdarahan, yang paling banyak terjadi adalah hipomenorrhea (41,7%). Pada akseptor implan, gangguan siklus menstruasi terbanyak adalah polimenorrhea (22,2%) dan oligomenorrhea (22,2%), berdasarkan jumlah dan lama perdarahan, yang paling banyak terjadi adalah hipermenorrhea (37,5%). Kata Kunci: KB hormonal, pil KB, suntik DMPA, implan, gangguan menstruasi. / Indonesia ranks as the fourth largest country in terms of population size. To improve the development of population, Indonesian Government initiated family planning program (Keluarga Berencana). Besides advantages, the family planning contraceptive also bring side effects, which one of them includes menstrual disorders in forms of irregular menstrual cycle, bleeding volume and length of time, spotting and even missing a menstrual period. This research aims to identify the difference of hormonal contraceptions’ side effects (birth control pills, DMPA injection and implants) in form of menstrual disorder to hormonal contraceptive acceptor in Puskemas Kelurahan Pisangan Timur II. This study was conducted with a descriptive analytics method. Total 53 respondents. The selection of samples using purposive accidental sampling and the data used are primary and secondary data. In this study, birth control pill acceptors did not experience any menstrual cycle disorders, based on bleeding volume and its length of time, the most common is hypomenorrhea (60%). In DMPA injection acceptors, the most common menstrual cycle disorders is amenorrhea (38,5%), based on bleeding volume and its length of time, the most common is hypomenorrhea (41,7%). In implant acceptors, the most common menstrual cycle disorders are polymenorrhea (22,2%) and oligomenorrhea (22,2%), based on bleeding volume and its length of time, the most common is hypermenorrhea (37,5%).
