Abstract

Masalah HIV/AIDS adalah masalah besar yang mengancam Indonesia dan banyak negara di seluruh dunia. Sebagian besar pasien yang menderita HIV/AIDS meninggal karena penyakit infeksi yang menyertainya dan Kandidiasis Oral termasuk infeksi oportunistik tersering pada pasien HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengetahui prevalensi penyakit infeksi oportunistik yaitu Kandidiasis Oral pada pasien HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian studi dokumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang terdiagnosis HIV/AIDS pada bulan Januari 2015-Agustus 2017 di RSU UKI. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasilnya dari 284 orang yang diteliti, pasien HIV/AIDS dengan infeksi oportunistik Kandidiasis Oral berjumlah 113 orang (39,79%), paling banyak berada pada rentang usia 26-45 tahun, berjenis kelamin lakilaki, paling banyak terdiagnosis dengan CD4 <200 cell/mm3 , swab jamur positif ditemukan gambaran pseudohifa dan pemeriksaan Imunoserologi dengan menyatakan hasil reaktif. Kata Kunci : HIV/AIDS, Kandidiasis Oral, Usia, Jenis Kelamin, CD4, Swab, Imunoserologi. / HIV/AIDS problem is a significant problem which threat Indonesia and many countries in the world. Mostly HIV/AIDS patients died from infectious diseases which are associated and Oral Candidiasis is part of the most frequent opportunistic infection in HIV/AIDS. The research is designed to know the disease prevalence of the opportunistic infection which is Oral Candidiasis in HIV/AIDS patients. The research is descriptive using document study research method. The research population is all of the diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients in January 2015 – August 2017 at RSU UKI. The data is processed using SPSS 24. The results from 284 patients examined are as follows: the number HIV/AIDS patients who have Oral Candidiasis is 113 patients (39,79%), mostly in age range of 26 – 45 years old, men, mostly diagnosed with CD4 <200 cell/mm3, positive fungus swab found pseudohipha images and Immunoseralogy examination stating reactive results.
