Abstract

Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi (KIPI) merupakan kejadian medis yang diduga berhubungan dengan imunisasi. Reaksi yang mungkin terjadi pada imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR) adalah reaksi lokal seperti nyeri, bengkak dan demam, serta malaise. Semua reaksi simpang tersebut akan sembuh dengan sendirinya. Terkait hal ini pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu terhadap KIPI MR dianggap penting agar dapat meningkatnya cakupan imunisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan ibu terhadap KIPI campak rubella di Puskesmas Kelurahan Cawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei deskriptif dan data dikumpulkan melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan subjek penelitian adalah 50 orang ibu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, gambaran pengetahuan termasuk dalam kategori yang baik (82%), gambaran sikap termasuk dalam kategori yang baik yaitu (88%), dan gambaran tindakan termasuk dalam kategori yang baik (68%). Hal ini berarti pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu mengenai KIPI di Puskesmas Kelurahan Cawang adalah positif. Kata kunci: KIPI, Campak,Rubella ,Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Tindakan. / Adverse events following immunization (AEFI) or in Indonesia known as Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi (KIPI) is a medical event that is related to immunization. The reaction may occur on Measles Rubella (MR) immunization is localized reaction such as pain, swelling and fever, and malaise. All these intersection reactions will recover by itself. Related to this, mother's knowledge, attitudes, and actions towards KIPI MR are considered important in order to increase the coverage of these immunizations. This study aims to get a description of knowledge, attitudes and actions of motherstowards KIPI measles rubella at Puskesmas Kelurahan Cawang. The research method used is descriptive survey research and data is collected through purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire with the subject are 50 mothers. Based on the results of the study, the description of knowledge is in good category (82%), the description of attitudes is in the good category (88%), and the description is also in good category (68%). This means that the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of mothers about KIPI in Puskesmas Kelurahan Cawang are positive. Keywords: KIPI, Measles, Rubella, Knowledge, Attitudes and Actions.
