Abstract

Anemia merupakan suatu penurunan volume eritrosit atau kadar Hb sampai di bawah nilai normal sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi fungsinya untuk membawa oksigen dalam jumlah yang cukup ke jaringan perifer. Pada kehamilan, anemia ditandai dengan kadar hemoglobin dalam darah < 11 gr/dl. Berdasarkan data DEPKES RI tahun 2008 angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Provinsi DKI sebesar 27,6%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsentrasi kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di RSU UKI pada Januari 2017 – Desember 2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah retrospektif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada bulan Oktober – November 2018. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil persentase tertinggi ada pada kelompok ibu hamil trimester ketiga (74,1%), berusia 26-30 tahhun (43,5%) dengan kadar hemoglobin 10-10,9 gr/dl (63,5%). Kata Kunci: Hemoglobin, Anemia, Kehamilan. / Anemia is a symptom that results decrease in erythrocyte volume or Hb levels below normal, causing failure for its function to carry sufficient amounts of oxygen to peripheral tissue. In pregnancy case, anemia is determined by hemoglobin in the blood <11 gr / dl. Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (DEPKES) in 2008 shown that the number of anemia in pregnant women in DKI Province was 27.6%. This study was conducted to describe the concentration of hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at the RSU UKI in January 2017 - December 2017. The design of this study was a retrospective type with descriptive research methods conducted in October - November 2018. In this study the highest percentage was found in the third trimester pregnant group (74.1%), aged 26-30 years (43.5%) with hemoglobin levels of 10-10.9 gr / dl (63.5%).
