Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan konsumsi ikan olahan terhadap kejadian hipertensi di desa pesisir Kecamatan Nangapanda Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penduduk desa pesisir Kecamatan Nangapanda yang berusia angkatan kerja. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 98 orang dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Analisis univariat menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Analisis regresi logistik menggunakan uji wald. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar responden yaitu 48 orang mengkonsumsi ikan asap dengan kategori kadang (1-2 kali/ minggu), 89.6% diantaranya mengalami hipertensi dan 10.4% lainnya tidak mengalami hipertensi. Sebagian besar responden yaitu 38 orang mengkonsumsi ikan asin dengan kategori sering (3-6 kali/ minggu), 94.7% mengalami hipertensi dan 3% lainnya tidak mengalami hipertensi. Ada hubungan konsumsi ikan olahan dalam hal ini ikan asin dan ikan asap dengan kejadian hipertensi di desa pesisir Kecamatan Nangapanda Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (p-value 0.000) < (α= 0.05). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara konsumsi ikan olahan dengan kejadian hipertensi di desa pesisir Kecamatan Nangapanda Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Kata kunci: Hipertensi, pesisir, ikan olahan, ikan asin, ikan asap. / The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of consumption habits of processed fish to the incidence of hypertension in the coastal village Nangapanda District Ende Province East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study is a correlation study with cross-sectional approach. The population of this study is the inhabitants of the coastal villages of Nangapanda District who are in the labor force. The sample of this research is 98 people with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS. Univariate analysis using descriptive analysis. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test. Logistic regression analysis using wald test. The results showed that most of the respondents were 48 people consumed smoked fish with category sometimes (1-2 times / week), 89.6% of them had hypertension and 10.4% did not have hypertension. Most of the respondents were 38 people consumed salted fish with a frequent category (3-6 times / week), 94.7% had hypertension and 3% others did not have hypertension. There is a correlation between consumption of processed fish in this case salted fish and smoked fish with incidence of hypertension in coastal village Nangapanda District Ende Regency East Nusa Tenggara Province (p-value 0.000) <(α = 0.05). Conclusion: There is correlation between consumption of processed fish with incidence of hypertension in coastal village Nangapanda District Ende Regency East Nusa Tenggara Province.
