Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas gambaran radiografi foto lumbosakral pada penderita nyeri punggung bawah di RSUD Pasar Minggu periode Juli 2016 – Juli 2017. Keluhan nyeri punggung bawah adalah suatu gejala dan bukan merupakan suatu diagnosis dimana penyebabnya adalah spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, fraktur, sakralisasi. Ada beberapa faktor resiko yang dapat menyebabkan keluhan nyeri punggung bawah yaitu usia dan jenis kelamin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran radiografi foto lumbosakral pada penderita nyeri punggung bawah di RSUD Pasar Minggu periode Juli 2016 – Juli 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder rekam medik, pada penderita nyeri punggung bawah sebanyak 121 pasien di RSUD Pasar Minggu. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan pasien nyeri punggung bawah terbanyak pada kelompok usia > 45 tahun (100 atau 82,6%), jenis kelamin terbanyak di alami oleh perempuan (74 atau 61,2%), penderita nyeri punggung bawah terbanyak disebabkan oleh osteoarthritis (72 atau 62,0%) pada kelompok usia > 45 tahun (59 atau 48,8%) dan sering di alami oleh perempuan (46 atau 36,0%). Kata kunci : nyeri punggung bawah, gambaran, spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, fraktur, sakralisasi. / This thesis discusses radiographic images of lumbosacral photos in patients with low back pain in Pasar Minggu Hospital in the period July 2016 - July 2017. Complaints of lower back pain are a symptom and are not a diagnosis where the causes are spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, fracture, sacralization. There are several risk factors that can cause complaints of lower back pain, namely age and sex. The purpose of this study was to determine radiographic images of lumbosacral photos in patients with low back pain in Pasar Minggu Hospital in the period July 2016 - July 2017. This study used a retrospective descriptive study using secondary medical data, in patients with low back pain as many as 121 patients at Pasar Minggu Hospital. From this study, most low back pain patients were found in the age group> 45 years (100 or 82.6%), the highest sex was experienced by women (74 or 61.2%), most people with low back pain were caused by osteoarthritis (72 or 62.0%) in the age group> 45 years (59 or 48.8%) and often experienced by women (46 or 36.0%).
