Abstract

Latar Belakang: Insiden BBLR di Indonesia pada tahun 2005-2010 sebesar 7%3 yang dapat mencerminkan perkembangan sosial ekonomi suatu negara4.Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jika ada hubungan antara kepatuhan kunjungan ANC dengan kejadian BBLR dengan Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan design potong lintang. Populasi penelitian adalah semua individu sampel Riskesdas 2013 pada Ibu hamil yang memiliki data melahirkan dengan bayi BBLR. Data yang digunakan Riskesdas 2013 dengan rincian kusioner RKD13.IND. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi frekuensi kunjungan ANC dengan kode kuesioner RKD13.IND blok IC11 dan berat badan lahir bayi kurang dari 2500g pada blok IC29. Hasil : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan searah antara Kepatuhan kunjungan ANC ibu hamil dengan kejadian BBLR di Indonesia dari data RISKESDAS 2013 yang dianalisis denga hasil chi-square P= 0,036 <(0,5). Kesimpulan : Bayi BBLR dengan Ibu kepatuhan ANC yang terpenuhi yakni sebesar (5,7%) dan Pada kepatuhan ANC yang tidak terpenuhi memiliki persentase lebih tinggi pada hasil kelahiran BBLR sebesar 6,7%. Kata kunci : Ibu hamil, Kepatuhan kunjungan ANC, BBLR. / Background: The incidence of low birth weight in Indonesia from 2005-2010 was 7%3 and it can reflects the socioeconomic development of a country. Purpose: this study aims to determine if there is a relationship between ANC visit compliance with LBW events Method: This is a descriptive research with cross-sectional design. The study population was all individuals in the 2013 Riskesdas sample in pregnant women who had data on giving birth to low birth weight babies. Data collected included the frequency of ANC visits with the questionnaire code RKD13.IND IC11 and birth weight of infants less than 2500g in the IC29 block. Results: There was a significant and a positif relationship between compliance with ANC visits of pregnant women with LBW events in Indonesia from RISKESDAS data 2013 which was analyzed with the results of chi-square P = 0.036 <a (0.5). Conclusion: Low birth weight babies with mothers fulfilled ANC compliance which is equal to (5.7%) and ANC compliance that is not fulfilled leaves a greater percentage of LBW birth outcomes by (6.7%) Key words : Pregnant women, Antenatal’s visits, Low birth weight.
