Abstract

Campak dan Rubella merupakan penyakit infeksi menular melalui saluran napas yang disebabkan oleh virus campak dan rubella. Campak dapat mengakibatkan berbagai komplikasi yang berbahaya. Rubella umumnya berupa penyakit ringan bagi anak, namun jika menular kepada ibu hamil pada trimester pertama atau awal kehamilan, dapat mengakibatkan keguguran atau kecacatan pada bayi yang dilahirkan. Kecacatan pada bayi tersebut dikenal sebagai sindroma rubella kongenital (congenital rubella syndrome). Penyakit ini sebenarnya dapat dicegah melalui peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR). Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan perilaku yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan ibu tentang imunisasi MR (Measles Rubella) di SDN Purwasari III tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer berupa kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 86 responden. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa gambaran perilaku yang terdiri dari tingkat pengetahuan responden pada kategori baik, tindakan/praktik responden pada kategori baik dengan mengimunisasi MR anaknya. Kata kunci : Perilaku, campak, rubella, imunisasi. / Measles and Rubella are contagious infectious diseases that transmitted through the respiratory tract, which are caused by measles and rubella viruses. Measles can lead to a variety of dangerous complications. Rubella is generally a pediatric mild disease, however, if transmitted to pregnant women in their first trimester or early pregnancy, this disease can cause miscarriage or birth defects. Rubella-associated birth defect is generally known as congenital rubella syndrome. This disease is actually preventable through the increase of knowledge and raising the awareness among women or mothers of the importance of Measles Rubella immunization (MR immunization). This research is aimed to determine and describing the behaviors that consist of women’s knowledge, attitude and practices of Measles Rubella immunization (MR immunization) in SDN Purwasari III in 2018. The researcher used univariate and bivariate analysis in this descriptive survey type of research. The questionnaire was used as the source of primary data. The researcher involved 86 respondents as the sample of research population. Based on the result of analysis, the researcher concludes that the overview of behavior consisting of the level of knowledge and practices of respondents regarding the MR immunization are in good category.
