Abstract
Penelitian diadakan bulan Agustus 2015 sampai November 2016 Peneliti mengambil satu keputusan untuk mencari jawaban atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga pendidikan Kristen Gracia sebagaimana yang telah dipaparkan pada latar belakang masalah yang menjadi alasan untuk melakukan penelitian. Peneliti memilih pendekatan quanritatif dengan dua variabel besas yaitu X1 social Capital dan X2 Iklim Sekolah sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Guru dilembaga pendidikan Kristen Gracia. Hal ini sangat beralasan karena adanya kecenderungan penurunan kualitas kinerja yang terjadi sehingga mendorong peneliti untuk memperbaikinya dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan lembaga melalui keikut-sertaan dalam program M.Pd. di UKI sebagai wujud keseriusan dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan Kristen Gracia. Pengkajian terhadap sosial capital dalam lembaga pendidikan Kristen Gracia merupakan hipotesis dari perbaikan terhadap kinerja yang dalam setahun terakhir membaik. Variabel sosial capital mengungkan dimensi dan indicator yang berhubungan dengan interaksi sosial serta kumunikasi organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan quantitatif untuk mengukur variabel-variabel tersebut dan mendapati data yang telah diukur. Setelah melewati berbagai uji baik validitas, reliabilitas, dilanjutan uji normalitas dan linieritas untuk menyatakan kelayakan data dilanjutkan dengan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel tersebut . Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis analisis social capital (X1) terhadap transformasi kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,702. Analisis iklim sekolah (X2) terhadap transformasi kinerja guru sebesar 0,551. Sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan regresi diketahui analisis social capital (X1) dan iklim sekolah (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan transformasi kinerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,706. Hasil penelitian diperoleh menunjukkan social capital dan iklim sekolah berdampak terhadap transformasi kinerja guru di lembaga pendidikan Kristen Gracia Sewan Tangerang. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Guru, Sosial Capital, dan Iklim Sekolah. / The research was conducted in January 2016 to November 2016 in the Christian Educational Institutions GraciaSewan city Tangerang. Researchist decide to dig up solition of the problem that occur in Gracia Christian School as has elaborated in the back ground of problem. It canberesonable things to research.Researchist use the quantitatifaproach with two free variables there are : X1 social capital and`X2 School’s climate as affect variable’s teacher performance in the Gracia Christian school. this fact is reasonable because there are decrease of performance quality in Gracia Christian School, so it motivate the researchist to progress it. By way of M.Pd Program at UKI as a seriously evidence to progress Gracia Christian school quality. The study of social capital at the Gracia Christian School is hypothesis of the improvement against Teacher’s performance better than ayear ago. Social capital variable use dimension and indicator that concern with social interaction and so organisationcomunication. Researchist use quantitatif approach to meassure those variables and of course researchist get measured data. After pass validity test,andrelibility next step are normality and linearity test to state worthiness data and the last is t test for to know the impact of inter variable. Based on hypothesis testing of social capital analysis (X1) on teacher performance transformation (Y) equal to 0,702. School climate analysis (X2) on teacher performance transformation of 0,551. While based on regression calculation is known analysis of social capital (X1) and school climate (X2) together with transformation of teacher performance (Y) with double correlation coefficient equal to 0,706. The results obtained show social capital and school climate impact on the transformation of teacher performance in the Christian education institution Gracia Sewan Tangerang.
