Abstract

Usia anak sekolah merupakan masa keemasan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat dan berpotensi sebagai agent of change untuk mempromosikan PHBS baik di sekolah, keluarga, maupun masyarakat. PHBS di sekolah dilakukan supaya baik siswa, guru, dan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah mengetahui dan mempraktikkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sehingga turut berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan sekolah sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik anak sekolah dasar tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian survei dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan simple random sampling yaitu 58 responden. Penelitian ini mengenai gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 30 murid (51,7%) memiliki pengetahuan cukup, dan sikap cukup yaitu sebanyak 28 murid (48,2%). Sedangkan hasil penelitian tentang praktik anak sekolah dasar kelas 5 dan 6 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 08 Pagi Duren Sawit tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat adalah berkategori baik, yaitu sebanyak 44,8 % atau 26 murid. Data demografi yang didapat adalah responden terbanyak adalah berjenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu 33 murid (56,8%), duduk dibangku kelas 6 SD yaitu 30 murid (51,7%), distribusi usia responden terbanyak yaitu usia 11 tahun yaitu 32 murid (55,1%). Tempat tinggal paling banyak tinggal bersama orang tua sebanyak 56 murid (96,5%), dan sebelumnya sebanyak 35 murid (60,3%) pernah mendapatkan informasi mengenai PHBS. Kata kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, praktik, anak sekolah, Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, sanitasi dasar. / Children’s school age is the golden age to implant the values of Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (Behaviour of Clean and Healthy Living) and potentially they can become the agent of change to promote PHBS (BHCL) not only in school, family but even the society. PHBS (BHCL) at school is implemented so that students, teachers, and society in school environment can understand and practice the behaviour of clean and healthy living which therefore play an active role in achieving healthy school. This research is a desc iptive research using survey research design and the sampling technique uses simple random sampling that collected from 58 respondents. The research purpose is to describe the knowledge, behaviour, and practice the Behaviour of Clean and Healthy Living (PHBS/BHCL). The research result showed that there are 30 students (51,7%) have good knowledge, and 28 students (48,2%) have enough knowledge. Meanwhile the research result regarding the Behaviour of Clean and Healthy Living practice of 5th and 6th grade elementary school students in Duren Sawit 08 Morning Public Elementary School is categorized as good, which there is 44,8% or 26 students. Demographic data found that most respondents are men which are 33 students (56,8%), many respondents are in 6th grade elementary school which are 30 students (51,7%), the most age distribution of the respondents are 11 years old which are 32 students (55,1%). They mostly living with their parents as many as 56 students (96,5%), and there are 35 students (35%) have been informed before about PHBS/BHCL.
