Abstract

Stroke merupakan penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan didunia. Data di Indonesia menunjukkan kecenderungan peningkatan kasus stroke baik dalam hal kematian, kejadian, maupun kecacatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko kejadian stroke di RS UKI periode 1 Juli 2015-31 Juli 2016 dengan melihat data rekam medis pasien. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien stroke yang masuk kedalam kriteria inklusi.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif. Data yang sudah didapatkan selanjutnya diolah dan dilakukan analisis data dengan hasil sebagai berikut:Distribusi frekuensi jenis stroke yang paling banyak adalah stroke iskemik, yaitu sebanyak 84,7%. Persentase faktor risiko kejadian stroke paling banyak pada pasienadalah usia 45-59 tahun (pra lansia) (40,8%), jenis kelamin pria (56,1%), pendidikan terakhir SMU (46,9%), bekerja (80,6%), sudah menikah (80,6%), hipertensi derajat 2 (38,8%), kadar LDL tinggi (75,5%), memiliki riwayat Diabetes Melitus (75,5%), memiliki riwayat Hipertensi (64,3%), kadar HDL rendah (54,1%), serta kadar kolesterol total tinggi (46,9%). Kata kunci : stroke, faktor risiko, RS UKI. / Stroke is the leading cause of disability and death in worldwide. The data in Indonesia showed that there is an increasing of stroke case in death, incident and disability. This study aims to know the description of stroke risk factors incidence in stroke patients hospitalized at UKI Hospital on 1st July 2015 until 31stJuly 2016 by analizing the medical record. The sample in this study were all cases of first attack stroke that included to inclusion criteria. The design of this study is retrospective descriptive. The result of study after analized are: The largest frequencies of stroke type is ischemic stroke (84,7%). Highest percentage of stroke risk factorare 45-59 year age group (40,8%), male (56,1%), Senior High School education (46,9%), worker (80,6%), have been married (80,6%), type 2 hypertension (38,8%), high LDLc (75,5%), have DM disease (75,5%), have hypertension disease (64,3%), low HDL-c(54,1%), and have high total cholesterol (46,9%).
