Abstract

Imunisasi merupakan proses memasukkan sesuatu atau zat tertentu ke dalam tubuh sehingga tubuh mendapatkan kekebalan atau daya tahan terhadap berbagai macam penyakit. Beberapa penyakit menular yang termasuk ke dalam Penyakit yang Dapat Dicegah dengan Imunisasi (PD3I) antara lain TBC, Difteri, Tetanus, Hepatitis B, Pertusis, Campak, Polio, radang selaput otak, dan radang paru-paru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada batita di wilayah Puskesmas Batumerah kota Ambon. Pengetahuan adalah hasil dari tahu, dan ini terjadi setelah pengindraan terhadap suatu objek tertentu. Sebagian besar pengetahuan manusia berasal dari proses melihat dan mendengar kenyataan, selain itu melalu pengalaman dan proses belajar mengajar formal ataupun non-formal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada batita di puskesmas Batumerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagaian besar ibu memiliki pengetahuan tentang imunisasi dasar pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 44 orang (41,9%). Sebagian besar ibu yang melengkapi imunisasi dasar pada batitanya yaitu sebanyak 62 orang (59%). Ada hubungan yang bermakna anatara tingkat pengetahuan dengan status kelengkapan imunisasi dasar yaitu ibu yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan pada kategori baik lebih besar kemungkinan untuk memberikan imunisasi dasar pada batitanya secara lengkap yaitu sebanyak 39 orang ( 62,9%). Kata kunci : pengetahuan, kelengkapan, imunisasi dasar Immunization is the process of inserting something or certain substances into the body so that the body gets immunity or resistance to various diseases. Some infectious diseases that fall into Preventable Diseases by Immunization (PD3I) include tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, pertussis, measles, polio, meningitis, and pneumonia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship is the level of knowledge of mothers with complete basic immunization in infants in the area of Ambon city Batumerah health center. Knowledge is the result of the idea, and this occurs after sensing to a particular object. Most human knowledge is derived from the process of seeing and hearing a reality, but it is through experience and learning process of formal or non-formal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship with the mother's knowledge level of completeness of basic immunization in toddlers in the clinic Batumerah The results showed that a large part of the capital have knowledge of basic immunization in both categories as many as 44 people (41.9%). Most of the mothers who complete the basic immunization in toddlers as many as 62 people (59%). There is significant correlation with the level of knowledge anatara complete basic immunization status is the mother who has the level of knowledge in both categories are more likely to provide basic immunization in toddlers complete as many as 39 people (62.9%).
