Abstract

Dispepsia adalah satu penyakit tidak menular yang mempunyai angka kejadian tinggi di dunia. Definisi dispepsia adalah kumpulan gejala saluran pencernaan atas meliputi rasa nyeri atau tidak nyaman di area gastro-duodenum (epigastrium), rasa terbakar, penuh, cepat kenyang, mual atau muntah. Salah satu alat diagnostik untuk dispepsia adalah endoskopi. Mengetahui penyakit-penyakit yang ditemukan pada pasien dispepsia setelah menjalani pemeriksaan endoskopi, adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif retrospektif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 58 orang pasien dispepsia yang dilakukan pemeriksaan endoskopi di RSUD Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang dari Januari hingga November 2018. Proporsi tertinggi pasien dispepsia adalah Gastritis erosif (55,42%), jenis kelamin pria (51,72%), usia 51-60 tahun (29,31%) dan suku Timor (27,58%) Kata Kunci : dispepsia, endoskopi, jenis penyakit Dyspepsia is a non-contagious disease that has a high incidence in the world. Definition of dyspepsia is a collection of symptoms of the upper digestive tract including pain or discomfort in the area of the gastro-duodenum (epigastrium), burning, fullness, rapid satiety, nausea or vomiting. Knowing the diseases found in dyspepsia patients after undergoing endoscopic examination, is the purpose of this study. The metode of this study is retrospective descriptive. The subject of the study consisted of 58 people with dyspepsia who performed endoscopic examination at the RSUD Prof. Dr. WZ Johannes Kupang from January to November 2018. The highest proportion of dyspepsia patients is Gastritis erosiva (55.42 %), male sex (51.72%), age 51-60 years (29.31%) and Timorese tribe (27.58%) Keywords : dyspepsia, endoscopy and type of disease
