Abstract

Penularan penyakit demam tifoid biasanya terjadi karena kontaminasi makanan minuman dengan rute fekal oral. Penyakit ini banyak terjadi pada masyarakat yang kumuh, lingkungan padat, penyediaan air bersih yang tidak adekuat dan sanitasi yang buruk, serta higiene masing-masing penduduknya kurang memadai dan tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Khan dkk (2013) menyakan bahwa demam tifoid endemik di India, Asia Tenggara, Afrika, Timur tengah, disebabkan oleh pasokan air bersih yang tidak adekuat. Di Indonesia kejadian demam tifoid mencapai 148,7 per 100.000 penduduk dan menduduki peringkat ke- 3 setelah penyakit diare. Data yang diperoleh dari rekam medik dari Januari 2017 sampai Desember 2017 demam tifoid (16,5%) dengan jumlah 177 anak dengan masalah keperawatan yang sering terjadi yaitu kurang nafsu makan, mual muntah, demam lebih dari satu minggu, dan gangguan saluran pencernaan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Memberikan asuhan keperawatan dan mengevaluasi keberhasilan pemberian makan peroral secara bertahap serta berat badan anak yang mengalami gangguan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh diruangan Anggrek RSU UKI Jakarta dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Hasil evaluasi tindakan keperawatan yang diberikan terhadap pasien 1 dan 2. Pada pasien 1 pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi tercapai karena napsu makan baik dibandingkan pasien 2 kurang napsu makan dan sering menangis meminta pulang sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi tidak tercapai dengan waktu yang ditentukan. Saran untuk perawat agar meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada pasien demam tifoid dengan memperhatikan aspek bio-psiko-sosio-spiritual dan budaya pasien serta memberikan penyuluhan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat kepada pasien dan keluarga. Kata kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan Anak, Demam Tifoid, kebutuhan nutrisi, Makan Peroral. / Transmission of typhoid fever usually occurs due to contamination of food drinks with the oral faecal route. This disease occurs mostly in slum communities, dense environments, inadequate supply of clean water and poor sanitation, and the hygiene of each population is inadequate and does not meet health requirements. Research conducted by Khan et al (2013) suggests that typhoid fever is endemic in India, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East, caused by inadequate supply of clean water. In Indonesia the incidence of typhoid fever reaches 148.7 per 100,000 population and ranks 3rd after diarrhea. Data obtained from medical records from January 2017 to December 2017 typhoid fever (16.5%) with the number of 177 children with nursing problems that often occur are lack of appetite, nausea vomiting, fever more than one week, and digestive tract disorders. this research is Providing nursing care and evaluating the success of gradual oral feeding and weight of children who experience less nutritional disorders than body needs in Orchid room at UKI Jakarta General Hospital with case study methods and approach to the nursing process. The results of the evaluation of nursing actions were given to patients 1 and 2. In patients 1 the fulfillment of nutritional needs was achieved because of good appetite compared to patients 2 lacking appetite and crying often asking to go home so that the fulfillment of nutritional needs was not achieved with the specified time. Suggestions for nurses to increase knowledge in the provision of nursing care for typhoid fever patients by taking into account the bio-psycho-socio-spiritual and cultural aspects of patients and providing counseling on clean and healthy living behavior for patients and families.
