Abstract

Ketika melakukan pembuatan karya dokumenter dalam hal ini pengelolaan produksi video dokumenter, yang menjelaskan tahapan yang dilakukan oleh produser seperti penguatan konsep, ide, anggaran serta sebagai narahubung untuk para tokoh dan mencari sponsor untuk karya dokumenter yang dibuat. Tentunya laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran produser dalam pengelolaan video dokumenter perjumpaan dalam perbedaan “Ngeriung Kampung Sawah”. Ada beberapa tahapan yaitu dimulai pada tahapan pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Kemudian pada tahapan pra-produksi, seorang produser akan mengumpulkan data dan melakukan survei lokasi langsung ke Kampung sawah yang berada di Kelurahan Pondok Melati, Kota Bekasi, guna untuk mengetahui sejarah yang ada disana dan menyampaikan maksud serta tujuan kepada para tokoh setempat sekaligus meminta izin melakukan proses peliputan. Dan dalam proses produksi seorang produser harus menyampaikan konsep serta mengawasi proses kegiatan peliputan yang dilakukan oleh kru yang terlibat, sehingga proses pembuatan video dokumenter ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Dan dalam tahapan pasca-produksi tugas seorang produser adalah memastikan kesedian alat yang digunakan untuk mengedit video serta ikut dalam proses pengeditan tersebut agar memastikan hasil akhir sesuai dengan konsep dan tujuan video dokumenter tersebut. Bisa disimpulkan bahwa tugas seorang produser dalam melakukan pengelolaan video dokumenter ini sangat penting, bagaimana dalam setiap tahapan peran produser selalu mengawasi kegiatan yang dilakukan, serta bertangung jawab terhadap setiap pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh kru yang terlibat itu semua dilakukan agar pembuatan video dokumenter ini berjalan dengan baik. Of course, this report aims to find out the role of the producer in managing the documentary video of the encounters in "Ngeriung Kampung Sawah". There are several stages, starting from pre-production, production and post-production. Then in the pre-production stage, a producer will collect data and conduct a location survey directly to the rice field village in Pondok Melati Village, Bekasi City, in order to find out the history there and convey the aims and objectives to local figures as well as ask for permission to do so. coverage process. And in the production process, a producer must convey the concept and supervise the process of reporting activities carried out by the crew involved, so that the process of making this documentary video can run smoothly. And in the post-production stage, a producer's job is to ensure the availability of the tools used to edit the video and to participate in the editing process to ensure the final result is in accordance with the concept and objectives of the documentary video. It can be concluded that the task of a producer in managing this documentary video is very important, how at every stage the producer's role is to always supervise the activities carried out, and be responsible for every decision made by the crew involved, all of which are done so that the making of this documentary video runs smoothly.
