Abstract
This study aimed to explain the nutrional content of some traditional foods that can be intehrated in e-handouts, develop, and test the feasibility of learning media in the form of e-handouts based on traditional Betawi food on digestive system material. The population in this study were students in grades 8A and 8B of SMPN 105 Jakarta with a total of 67 students. The method in this study used 2 methods, namely the Ethnobiology Research Method and Reseracrh and Development (R&D) Method. Ethnobiological research was conducted by interviewing Betawi people who understand traditional Betawi food and supported by literature studies. The development research took 5 stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. This is due to to limited time and cost. The results of ethnobiological research are data on the utilization of various plant and animal species in each food, nutritional content, and the origin of traditional Betawi food. The results of the development research are quantitative data consisting of numbers obtained through filling out a product assessment questionnaire using a certain scale. After that, the data in the development research was analyzed through the calculation of the percentage of item scores on each statement in the questionnaire. The e-handout was validated by 6 people consisting of 2 material expert validators with a V Aiken score of 0.81 in the "very feasible" category, 2 media expert validators with a V Aiken score of 0.83 in the "very feasible" category, and 2 language expert validators with a V Aiken score of 0.92 in the "very feasible" category. The students' response to the e-handout based on local wisdom of traditional Betawi food was in the "positive" category with details on the interest aspect of 88.45, the material aspect of 87.3%, and the language aspect of 89.9%. E-handout based on local wisdom of traditional Betawi food is proven to be feasible and can be used as a learning media that is easily accessible with unlimited time and place.
