Abstract

Fraktur merupakan istilah dari hilangnya kontinuitas tulang, tulang rawan, baik yang bersifat total maupun bersifat sebagian. Tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas menyebabkan angka kejadian fraktur meningkat. Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki angka kejadian fraktur terbesar di Asia Tenggara sebanyak 1,3 juta setiap tahunnya dengan jumlah penduduk 238 juta jiwa di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui karakteristik pasien fraktur ekstremitas inferior di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengambil sampel penelitian seluruh rekam medik pasien yang mengalami fraktur ekstremitas inferior di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia periode 2018-2022 dengan mengambil seluruh anggota populasi yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kelompok jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki sebanyak 49 orang (67.1%). Berdasarkan usia terbanyak adalah 156-5 sebanyak 71 orang (97.3%). Berdasarkan pekerjaan terbanyak adalah pegawai sebanyak 50 orang (68.5%). Berdasarkan klasifikasi fraktur terbanyak adalah fraktur tertutup sebanyak 48 orang (65.8%). Berdasarkan lokasi fraktur terbanyak adalah pedis sebanyak 36 orang (49.3%). Berdasarkan penyebab fraktur terbanyak adalah kecelakaan lalu lintas sebanyak 47 orang (64.4%). Berdasarkan pengaruh alcohol terbanyak adalah tidak mengkomsumsi alcohol sebanyak 71 orang (97.3%).Kesimpulan penelitian karakteristik terbanyak adalah jenis kelamin laki-laki, usia 15-64 tahun, pekerjaan pegawai, klasifikasi fraktur tertutup, lokasi fraktur pedis, penyebab fraktur kecelakaan lalu lintas dan tidak mengonsumsi alkohol. / Fracture is a term for the loss of continuity in bones and cartilage, whether total or partial. The high incidence of traffic accidents contributes to an increased occurrence of fractures. Indonesia has the highest fracture incidence in Southeast Asia, with 1.3 million cases annually among its 238 million population. The research aims to understand the characteristics of lower inferior extremity fracture patients at the Universitas Kristen of Indonesia General Hospital for the 2018-2022 period. This research was carried out by taking research samples from all medical records of patients who had suffered inferior extremity fractures considering the entire population that meets inclusion criteria. Findings show that the majority are males (67.1%), aged 17-45 (57.5%), private employees (63%), with closed fractures (65.8%), predominantly in the foot (49.3%), caused by traffic accidents (64.4%), and most do not consume alcohol (97.3%). In conclusion, the most common characteristics include male gender, age 17-45, private employment, closed fractures, foot location, traffic accidents as the cause, and no alcohol consumption.
