Abstract

Salah satu tujuan nasional melaksanakan pendidikan yaitu untuk mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Agar mencapai tujuan nasional, diperlukan seorang pendidik atau guru yang memiliki kompetensi dan etos kerja yang tinggi. Guru PAK yang memiliki kompetensi dan etos kerja yang besar akan menunjukan sosok yang berkualitas serta menunjukkan tingkat profesionalisme guru yang mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga siswa mengalami perubahan sikap menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh positif kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh positif etos kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi serta etos kerja guru PAK terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Manado. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini yaitu metode survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 575 siswa. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 85 siswa. Prosedur pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk metode analisis data memakai regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari analisis berganda memperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 88,202 + 0,038X1 + 0,051X2. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut, diketahui nilai Konstanta sebesar 88,202 yang berarti bahwa jika tidak ada kompetensi dan etos kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen maka hasil belajar siswa adalah 88,202. Sedangkan nilai koefisien 0.038 artinya jika kompetensi mengalami kenaikan/penurunan, maka setiap penambahan kenaikan/penurunan tersebut akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0.038, dan untuk nilai koefisien 0,051 artinya jika etos kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen mengalami kenaikan/penurunan, maka setiap penambahan kenaikan/penurunan tersebut akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,051. Secara simultan kompetensi dan etos kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 82%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara parsial dan simultan kompetensi dan etos kerja guru PAK berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Manado. Setelah melakukan penelitian, saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu guru PAK terus meningkatkan kompetensi dan etos kerjanya sehingga bisa menghasilkan suasana PAIKEM dalam kelas, serta guru PAK terus memperbaiki diri untuk agar menjadi contoh dan teladan bagi siswa. / One of the national goals of implementing education is to educate the nation's children. To achieve these national goals, it takes an educator or teacher who has high competence and work ethic. Christian Religious Education teachers who have high competence and work ethic will display quality figures and demonstrate the level of professionalism of teachers who are able to contribute to improving learning outcomes and changing student behavior for the better. This research aimed: 1) To describe and analyze the positive influence of the competence of Christian Religion education Teachers to students learning achievement, 2) To describe and analyze the positive influence of work ethic of Christian Religion Education Teachers to students learning achievement, 3) To describe and analyze the positive influence of competence and work ethic of Christian Religion education Teachers to students learning achievement at State Senior High School 9 Manado. The method used in this research was descriptive survey method with quantitative approach. The total of population was 575 students. The method of collecting sample used random sampling and with total of sampling 85 students. The procedure of collecting data used questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis method used regression multiple linear. The results of multiple analysis found the regression equation Y = 88.202 + 0.038X1 + 0.051X2. Based on that regression equation, it was known that the value of constant 88,202, it mean that if there were no competence and work ethic of Christian Religion education Teachers so the students learning achievement was 88,202. Wereas coefficient value 0,038 meant if the competence increased or decreased, so each increasing addition or decreasing addition would influence the students learning achievement 0,038, and the coefficient value 0.051 meant if work ethic of Christian Religion education teachers increased or decreased, so each increasing additional or decreased additional would influence the students learning achievement 0,051. Simultaneously the competence and work ethic of Christian Religious Education teachers influenced to students learning 82%. The conclusion of this research was partially and simultaneously the competence and work ethic of Christian Religious Education teachers influenced to the students learning achievement at State Senior High School 9 Manado. The suggestions after did this research was the Christian Religion education Teachers should in create the competence and work ethic so that they should always create the active, innovative, creative, effective learning in the classroom, and also very should always improved theirselves to be the role model of students.
