Abstract

Pada dasarnya, jamur adalah patogen oportunistik yang menyerang tubuh hanya jika pertahanan alaminya lemah, memungkinkan jamur menyerang. Sebagian besar faktor yang menyebabkan infeksi jamur invasif, yang juga dikenal sebagai mikosis, tidak dapat dihindari karena faktor-faktor tersebut terkait langsung dengan penyakit jamur utama dan dengan pengobatannya. Tinea versikolor adalah salah satu infeksi jamur yang paling umum. Aktivitas yang berlebihan menyebabkan banyak keringat, dan tidak menjaga kebersihan diri juga dapat menyebabkan terinfeksi penyakit panu. Metabolic Equivalent of Task (METs) adalah jumlah energi yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Panti Asuhan Bersinar Ciracas, yang merupakan tempat tinggal untuk merawat dan mendidik anak yatim piatu. Anak-anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan adalah kelompok sosial ekonomi rendah yang sering diabaikan masyarakat umum. Keadaan anak saat kehilangan kedua orang tua akan menyebabkan perhatian fisik dan psikologis anak berkurang, yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatannya. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dipandu, kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan mikroskopis secara bersamaan. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26 tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan kuat antara tingkat aktivitas fisik pada paparan sinar matahari dengan kasus tinea versikolor (p < 0,05). / As opportunistic infections, fungi only assault the host when the body's defenses are so compromised that the fungus is able to take advantage of the situation. Mycoses is a common term for fungal infections. Since they are closely linked to the underlying illness and how it is treated, the majority of the factors that lead to invasive fungal infections cannot be prevented. Tinea versicolor is one of the most prevalent fungal infections. Excessive physical exertion can cause perspiration, and poor personal cleanliness can also set off an infection of tinea versicolor. An activity's Metabolic Equivalent of Task (METs) is the quantity of energy it produces. The Bersinar Ciracas Orphanage, which provides care and education for abandoned children, served as the research site for this study. The public frequently overlooks the low socioeconomic group of children living in orphanages. A child's condition after losing both parents will result in a decrease in his or her physical and psychological attention, which will eventually affect the child's health. Cross-sectional study design was employed. A guided questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then processed using the SPSS version 26 2022 software. Direct, simultaneous microscopic and physical examinations were also conducted. The study's findings demonstrated a large and very robust association between the amount of physical activity and exposure to light. sunshine and tinea versicolor incidence (p <0.05).
