Abstract
This paper aims to show that non-military threats are increasingly important to watch out for at this time. When major wars no longer occur, and world peace has improved, countries now consider the main problem, namely the threat of non-military as another threat faced. Namely the problem of food security in the country. This study uses a qualitative study method, by studying the literature and references related to the topic of this study. Indonesia as a large country, with its large population and abundant natural resources, should have strong food security, and even have the potential to achieve food sovereignty.
