Abstract

Kecemasan adalah kondisi emosional yang menyoroti ketidakpastian masa depan, melibatkan reaksi kompleks dalam pikiran, perasaan, tubuh, dan tingkah laku, yang berkaitan dengan persiapan menghadapi situasi yang dirasa menakutkan atau mengancam. Kecemasan merupakan respons terhadap konflik yang sering terjadi saat seseorang mengalami perubahan situasi dalam hidupnya dan dituntut untuk beradaptasi. Jenis kecemasan yang muncul seringkali berupa ketegangan dan ketakutan terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan Mahasiswa Angkatan 2023 terhadap kegiatan Tutorial Blok 1 di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif obervasional yang dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling pada 114 Mahasiswa Angkatan 2023 di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki usia 18 tahun yang berjumlah 65 mahasiswa (57%), sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan yang berjumlah 84 mahasiswa (73.3%) dan sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang berjumlah 58 mahasiswa (50,9%). Kata Kunci: kecemasan, mahasiswa, tutorial blok. / Anxiety represents a forward-looking emotional state characterized by a sophisticated interplay of mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral reactions geared towards preparing for expected challenges or situations perceived as menacing. Anxiety is a response to conflict that often occurs when someone experiences changes in situations in their life and is required to adapt. The type of anxiety that arises is often in the form of tension and fear about learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the anxiety level of Class of 2023 students regarding Tutorial Block 1 activities at the Faculty of Medicine, Indonesian Christian University. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive observational approach carried out with a total sampling technique on 114 students of the Class of 2023 at the Faculty of Medicine, Indonesian Christian University. The results showed that most of the respondents were 18 years old, totaling 65 students (57%), most of the respondents were female, totaling 84 students (73.3%) and most of the respondents had a moderate level of anxiety, totaling 58 students (50.9%).
