Abstract

Kolelitiasis (Batu Empedu) adalah endapan dari komponen empedu yang akhirnya mengeras dan membentuk batu yang menyebabkan terjadinya inflamasi pada saluran pencernaan. Kolelitiasis dapat ditemukan di dalam kantung empedu atau di dalam duktus koledokus, atau pada kedua-duanya.Kejadian penyakit batu empedu terus meningkat akibat pola hidup yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai profil pasien dengan kolelitiasis di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional menggunakan Teknik total sampling menggunakan rekam medis pasien kolelitiasis di RS UKI pada tahun 2021, sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Karakteristik dari 111 pasien kolelitiasis paling banyak berjenis kelamin perempuan (64%), rentang usia 44-52 tahun (27%), Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) normal (36%), faktor risiko Diabetes Mellitus (DM) (62%) dan Hipertensi (73%), dan gambaran batu empedu tidak dapat dilihat menggunakan USG (57%). / Cholelithiasis (gallstones) is a deposit of bile components which eventually hardens and forms stones which cause inflammation in the digestive tract. Cholelithiasis can be found in the gallbladder or in the choledochal duct, or in both. The incidence of gallstones continues to increase due to unhealthy lifestyles. This study aims to provide an overview of the profile of patients with cholelithiasis at the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital in 2021. This research is a descriptive observational study using total sampling technique using medical records of cholelithiasis patients at UKI Hospital in 2021, while the research design used is cross-sectional. sectional. The characteristics of the 111 cholelithiasis patients were mostly female (64%), age range 44-52 years (27%), normal Body Mass Index (BMI) (36%), risk factors for Diabetes Mellitus (DM) (62%) and Hypertension (73%), and gallstones cannot be seen using ultrasound (57%).
