Abstract

Tandiarrang Lai Kristina, 2023. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar merupakanpembaruan saat ini yang didorong oleh inovasi trend setting yang semakinprogresif dan pemanfaatannya diminta di masa pandemi virus Corona - 19. Hal ini membutuhkan berbagai komponen Persekolahan untuk menyesuaik andiri dengan hal tersebut, sehingga melahirkan program Pendidikan Lain, khususnya program Pendidikan Merdeka Belajar. Tujuan diterapkannya kurikulum Merdeka Belajar menciptakan gagasan mengenai proses belajar- mengajar yang membahagiakan bagi tenaga pengajar dan siswa-siswi. Merdeka belajar ini akan mendorong terbentuknya sikap kepedulian terhadaplingkungannya karena peserta didik belajar langsung di lapangan, sehingga mendorong dirinya menjadi lebih percaya diri, terampil, dan mudahberadaptasi terhadap lingkungan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan data dan analisis diketahui beberapa kendala yaitu: (1) sifat aset pendidik masihkurang, (2) jabatan dan aset belajar masih sangat minim, khususnya kurangjabatan dan yayasan serta Guru yang inovatif dengan masalah tutur, (3) Gurusudah oke dengan cara sebelumnya dan tidak terlibat dengan belajar ulasangratis.Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu, Guru di UPT SDN 9 Makale Selatan, 100% siap untuk melaksanakan strategi baru yaitu system pendidika nmerdeka mengajar yang diawali dari persiapan Gurunya.Rencana-rencana akan dikerjakan Guru UPT SDN 9 Makale Selatan untuk melaksanaka nsystem pembelajaran merdeka mengajar adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan- pelatihan seperti Kelompok Kerja Guru ( KKG ), pelatihan untukmemberikan pehaman dan pelatihan dalam menggunakan highlight online sebagai media pembelajaran seperti zoom gathering, google study hall danpersiapan-persiapan secara daring. The Free Learning Curriculum is a current update driven by trend setting innovations that are increasingly progressive and their use is demanded during the Corona virus pandemic - 19. This requires various components of Schooling to adapt to this, thus giving birthto an Education program Others, especially the Free Learning Educationprogram. The aim of implementing the Merdeka Learning curriculumis tocreate ideas about a happy teaching-learning process for teaching staf andstudents. This independent learning will encourage the formation of anattitude of concern for their environment because students learn directly inthe field, thereby encouraging them to become more confident, skilled, andadaptable to the community environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, it is known that there are several obstacles, namely: (1) thenature of educator assets is still lacking, (2) positions and learning assets are still very minimal, especially the lack of positions and foundationsand innovativeeducators withspeech problems, (3) educators already okay with the previous method andnot involved with free study reviews. The results of the research are, teachers at UPT SDN 9 Makale Selatan, are 100% ready to implement the newstrategy, namely an independent teaching education system that starts withthe preparation of the teaching staf . The plans will be carried out UPT SDN9 Makale Selatan educators to carry out the independent teaching learningsystem by participating in training such as the Teacher Working Group(KKG), training to provide understanding and training in using online highlights as learning media such as zoom gatherings, Google study halls and preparatory online preparation.
