Abstract

Rekreasi merupakan hal yang sangat diminati oleh berbagai kalangan mulai dari anak-anak, remaja sampai orang dewasa, karena untuk mencari hiburan dari padatnya kegiatan sehari-hari seperti bersekolah dan bekerja. Rekreasi juga dapat menjadi pilihan tempat untuk bersantai, meningkatkan kreativitas dan berkumpul dengan keluarga. Disamping itu keberadaan taman terbuka hijau juga merupakan unsur penting dalam sebuah kota. Taman terbuka hijau yang memiliki berbagai fungsi mulai dari sosial, ekonomi, budaya, ekologi sampai ke estetika. Dengan memperhatikan rencana kota BSD kehadiran fasilitas rekreasi dan taman hijau dengan Pendekatan sustainable architecture di Jl. Damai Foresta, BSD City, Tangerang Selatan mampu mendukung konsep smart City yang diharapkan yang terfokus pada kehadiran bangunan yang tidak merusak alam namun memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Rekreasi, Taman Terbuka, Sustainable Architecture. / Recreation is in great demand by various groups ranging from children, and adolescents to adults, because it is to seek entertainment from the dense daily activities such as school and work. Recreation can also be a choice of places to relax, increase creativity, and gather with family. In addition, the existence of green open parks is also an important element in a city. Green open parks have various functions ranging from social, economic, cultural, and ecological to aesthetic. By paying attention to the BSD city plan, the presence of recreational facilities and green parks with a sustainable architecture approach on Jl. Damai Foresta, BSD City, South Tangerang can support the expected smart city concept. A sustainable architecture approach that focuses on the presence of buildings that do not damage the surrounding nature but instead has a positive impact on the environment, energy efficiency which is realized through the design to be made.
