Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui implementasi pendekatan Beyond Centers And Circle Time (BCCT), faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat menggunakan model Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP) pada pendidikan anak usia dini PAUD menggunakan pendekatan sentra bahan alam di TK PAUD Penuai Kelas B1 Manokwari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Metode kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan di PAUD Penuai Manokwari. Narasumber dalam penelitian Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelompok B, Tenaga Kependidikan, Komite Sekolah dan Orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Pembelajaran sentra bahan alam di TK PAUD Penuai kelas B1 Manokwari menggunakan empat tahapan yang menunjang perkembangan anak yaitu tahap dalam lingkungan bermain, tahap sebelum bermain, tahap selama bermain dan tahap setelah bermain, (2) Model evaluasi CIPP yang digunakan TK PAUD Penuai sudah sesuai tahap-tahap model evaluasi, dan (3) Faktor Pendukung pembelajaran yaitu Guru TK PAUD Penuai mempunyai keahlian dan kemampuan yang bagus dalam mengajar, TK PAUD Penuai memiliki Majamen yang baik, TK PAUD Penuai memiliki program belajar sesuai KTSP. Faktor Penghambat pembelajaran yaitu TK PAUD Penuai masih memiliki sarana dan prasana yang kurang dan TK PAUD Penuai kekurangan guru. Kata Kunci: BCCT, Implementasi, CIPP, PAUD. / This study aims to find out the evaluation, supporting factors and inhibiting factors using the CIPP model in PAUD learning using the natural material center approach in Peacock Peacock Kindergarten Class B1 Manokwari. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research was conducted at PAUD Penaui Manokwari. Sources in the research were school principals, group B teachers, education staff, school committees and parents. The results of the study are (1) Natural material center learning at PAUD Penai Kindergarten in class B1 Manokwari uses four platforms to support child development, namely the playing environment platform, pre-play platform, during play platform, and post-play platform, (2) The CIPP evaluation model is used Peacock Early Childhood Kindergarten is in accordance with the stages of the CIPP evaluation model, namelycontext, input, process, and product or also called the CIPP model, and (3) Learning Supporting Factors, namely Early Childhood Education Kindergarten Teachers have good skills and abilities in teaching, Early Childhood Education Kindergarten have good management, Early Childhood Education Kindergarten Teachers have learning programs according to KTSP. Factors inhibiting learning namely TK PAUD Penuai still has insufficient facilities and infrastructure and TK PAUD Penuai lacks teachers.
