Abstract

ANDERSON YASON WAFOM. Analisis Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Di Sd Inpres 113 Kumurkek Kabupaten Maybrat Provinsi Papua Barat Daya. Thesis. Jakarta: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI), 2023 Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui dan penerapan MBS sebagai sebuah model pengelola secara leluasa dan feleksibilitas agardapat merangsang seluruh komponen sekolah (baik guru, peserta didik, dan pegawai sekolah lainnya) sekaligus dapat membangkitkan seluruh stakeholder sekolah sesuai dengan amanat Pendidikan nasional Pada SD Inpres 113 Kumurkek. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan dilaksanakan di SD Inpres 113 Kumurker. Dalam penilitian ini diperoleh data melalui orang tua murid, Masyarakat yang tinggal disekitaran sekolah, Para guru kepala sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu (1) Penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah pada SD Inpres 113 Kumurkek sudah berjalan dengan menerapakan 7 komponen manajemen sekolah. (2) Proses penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan menkanisme yaitu melalui tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, (3) Penerapan manajamen berbasis sekolah di SD Inpres 113 Kumurkek sudah dapat berjalan secara baik dan bekelanjutan. Jakarta: Indonesian Christian University (UKI) Postgraduate Program, 2023 This research aims to find out and apply SBM as a management model freely and flexibly so that it can stimulate all components of the school (both teachers, students, and other school employees) while at the same time being able to arouse all school stakeholders in accordance with the national education mandate at SD Inpres 113 Kumurkek . The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and is carried out at SD Inpres 113 Kumurker. In thisresearch, data was obtained from theparents ofstudents, the community living around the school, the principal teachers. The results obtained are (1) Implementation of School Based Management at SD Inpres 113 Kumurkek has been running by implementing 7 components of school management. (2) The process of implementing SchoolBased Management is carried out in accordance with the mechanism, namely through three stages, namely planning, implementation and supervision, (3) The application of school-based management at SD Inpres 113 Kumurkek can already run well and is sustainable.
