Abstract

Penyusunan tesis ini sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan program pengajaran pada pemuda di Gereja Kristen Kemah Daud Jakarta dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap program pemuridan menggunakan model CSE-UCLA dengan 5 komponen yang akan diteliti yaitu penilaian sistem, program perencanaan, implementasi program, peningkatan program dan program sertifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang, antara lain: 1 orang Pengurus Pemuridan, 2 orang pembimbing pemuridan kelompok 4MT, 2 orang pembimbing pemuridan kelompok SOM dan 5 orang peserta pemuridan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis mengemukakan bahwa pemuridan pemuda di Gereja Kristen Kemah Daud menggunakan buku pemuridan 4MT dan SOM belum optimal karena dari komponen penilaian Sistem, kurangnya sosialisasi misi pemuridan dan sasaran program pemuridan ke peserta pemuridan; perencanaan program, sosialisasi struktur organisasi pemuridan tidak sampai kepada peserta dan pembimbing dan perencanaan program belum optimal mencapai tujuan program pemuridan; implementasi program, pelaksanaan pertemuan pemuridan yang tidak konsisten; peningkatan program, evaluasi program pemuridan yang belum optimal dan sertifikasi program, bentuk pelayanan pengurus dalam program pemuridan belum optimal. / The preparation of this thesis is an effort to improve the youth teaching program at Kemah David Christian Church Jakarta by evaluating the discipleship program using the CSE-UCLA model with 5 components to be studied, namely system assessment, program planning, program implementation, program improvement and certification program. In this research, the authors used a qualitative research method with an evaluative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of 10 people, including: 1 discipleship administrator, 2 discipleship mentors of the 4MT group, 2 discipleship mentors of the SOM group and 5 discipleship participants. From the results of this research, the author argues that youth discipleship at Kemah David Christian Church using the 4MT and SOM discipleship books is not yet optimal because of the System assessment component, the lack of socialization of the discipleship mission and objectives of the discipleship program to discipleship participants; program planning, socialization of the discipleship organizational structure does not reach participants and mentors and program planning has not optimally achieved the objectives of the discipleship program; program implementation, inconsistent implementation of discipleship meetings; program improvement, evaluation of discipleship programs that are not yet optimal and program certification, the form of board service in the discipleship program is not yet optimal.
