Abstract

Penelitian ini menilai secara nyata efektivitas penggunaan teknologi digital dan sistem manajemen informasi manajemen dengan menggunakan sampel yang ada apada penelitian ialah beberapa bangunan yang sedang melakukan kontruksi perangkat lunak teknologi digital dan sistem informasi manajemen. Analisa dilakukan dengan mengamati respon dari direksi teknis PU, Konsultan dan Kontraktor. Faktor penting yang digunakan sebagai pendekatan yakni meliputi satu variable terikat dan satu lagi variable bebas yang dijabarkan dalam Penggunaan Teknologi Digital dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (X) dan Keberhasilan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi Bangunan (Y). Adapun beberapa hal yang mengaitkan adanya system yang melibatkan berbagai penilaian serta informasi umum. Berbagai uji yang diilakukan meliputi uji reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan hipotesis. Salah satu hal penting yang menjadikan sebuah landasan dalam memulai menemukan berbagai variable secara jelas disampaikan melalui berbagai tindakan yang ada. Berbagai angka menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Teknologi Digital dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen pada keberhasilan pelaksanan konstruksi bangunan di Indonesia adalah efektif. Sehingga dapat diketahui dari hipotesis yang ada bahwa variabel penggunaan teknologi digital dan sistem informasi manajemen (X) mempengaruhi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan konstruksi bangunan. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, penilaian implementasi penggunaan teknologi digital dan sistem informasi manajemen, indikator, Variabel, keberhasilan pelaksanaan konstruksi bangunan. / This study assesses the real effectiveness of the use of digital technology and management information management systems with research samples taken on building constructions that have applied some digital technology software and management information systems. The analysis was carried out by observing the response of the pu technical directors, consultants and contractors. The important factors used as an approach in this study have 1 free variable and 1 bound variable, namely the use of Digital Technology and Management Information Systems (X) and the Success of Building Construction Implementation (Y). The variable consists of six indicators to facilitate questionnaire surveys and assessments of the use of digital technologies and management information systems. The survey was conducted on building construction in Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed by reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The analysis is designed to assess the indicators of each variable and is scored to rank in both the variable and the overall rating. The results of the average score of each indicator and variable show that the implementation of the use of Digital Technology and Management Information Systems in the successful implementation of building construction in Indonesia is effective. The results of the hypothesis test in this study show that the variables of the use of digital technology and management information systems (X) affect simultaneously have a significant influence on the success of building construction implementation.
