Abstract

Martial arts atau yang juga disebut seni bela diri adalah suatu sistematisasi dan tradisi praktik pertempuran, dipraktikkan karena beberapa alasan seperti pertahanan diri, kompetisi, kebugaran, hiburan dan pengembangan mental, fisik dan spiritual. Kegiatan ini membutuhkan fasilitas khusus yang menyediakan ruang untuk pelatihan, latihan, dan kompetisi seni bela diri. Saat ini di Indonesia masih sangat sedikit bangunan yang khusus menfasilitasi kegiatan martial arts. Perancangan Martial Arts Center di Kabupaten Tangerang sebagai sarana dan prasarana penunjang seni bela diri khususnya mendukung prestasi atlet seni bela diri Kabupaten Tangerang di tingkat daerah maupun nasional. Penerapan konsep arsitektur kinetik pada facade dan skylight yang dinamis dapat meningkatkan efisiensi bangunan dengan mengurangi kebutuhan akan pencahayaan buatan dan pendingin ruangan serta juga memberikan tampilan yang unik. / Martial arts is a systematization and tradition of fighting practices, practiced for several reasons such as self-defense, competition, fitness, entertainment and mental, physical and spiritual development. This activity requires special facilities that provide space for martial arts training, practice, and competition. Currently in Indonesia there are still very few buildings that specifically facilitate martial arts activities. The design of the Martial Arts Center in Kabupaten Tangerang as a means and infrastructure to support martial arts especially supports the achievements of Kabupaten Tangerang martial arts athletes at regional and national levels. The application of the kinetic architectural concept to dynamic facades and skylights can increase building efficiency by reducing the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning as well as providing a unique appearance.
