Abstract
Tindak pidana anak adalah tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 45 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP). Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana pada hakekatnya merupakan bagian dari upaya menciptakan kondisi agar setiap anak dapat melaksanakan hak dan kewajibannya demi perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak secara wajar baik fisik, mental, dan sosial. Makalah ini membahas mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif, untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis mengenai bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana. Kata Kunci : Kriminal Anak, Peradilan Anak, Sistem Peradilan Criminal act of child is a criminal act committed by children as stipulated in the provisions of Article 45 of the Code of Criminal Law (Criminal Code). Legal protection of children who committed the crime is essentially a part of the effort to create the conditions so that every child can exercise the rights and obligations related to the development and growth of children is reasonably good physical, mental, and social. This paper discusses the legal protection of children who commit criminal acts, by using normative research methods, to identify and analyze as to how the legal protection of children who committed criminal act. Key Words :Criminal Act, Child, Legal Protection.
