Abstract

Kenakalan remaja dapat terjadi dimana saja, termasuk di Kota Bekasi. Kebanyakan tindakan kenakalan remaja di Bekasi adalah geng motor yang mengadakan tawuran pelajar dan balap liar. Pada fase ini remaja berani mengambil resiko tanpa pertimbangan. Remaja juga ingin merasa keterampilan dan reputasinya diakui. Bahkan saat ini, kenakalan remaja kerap kali terjadi karena mereka mudah dipengaruhi oleh situasi, rutinitas, dan kemajuan teknologi juga turut menghasilkan konsep yang bertentangan dengan norma sosial masyarakat. Kini, masalah kesehatan mental juga sangat rentan terjadi pada remaja. Hal ini disebabkan oleh hubungan manusia dengan alam yang memburuk dan tingkat stress yang meningkat, terutama akibat pandemi COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sarana untuk memungkinkan para remaja menyalurkan bakat mereka ke kegiatan yang bermanfaat yang dapat meningkatkan pemikiran mereka dan mencegah perilaku menyimpang. Youth center adalah tempat yang menyenangkan dan bermanfaat bagi remaja. Tujuan bangunan tersebut adalah untuk memberi generasi muda kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas sosial, kreatif, dan olahraga. Perancangan youth center ini berada di Jalan Lingkar Boulevard, Summarecon Bekasi. Lokasinya strategis dekat dengan kawasan permukiman, institusi pendidikan, tempat ibadah, dan fasilitas umum. Pendekatan desain biofilik pada Summarecon Youth Center bertujuan untuk memberi pengguna bangunan kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas di lingkungan yang sehat, yang akan membantu mereka meningkatkan keterampilan intelektual mereka, mengurangi stres mereka, dan meningkatkan produktivitas mereka. Selain itu, tumbuhan memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan oksigen dan menyerap polutan udara, sehingga udara di dalam bangunan menjadi lebih segar dan sehat. Guna merespon kondisi iklim di Bekasi, fasad taman vertikal, penghalang cahaya matahari, dan atap hijau untuk mengumpulkan air hujan juga diterapkan. Most of the acts of juvenile abuse in Bekasi are motorcycle gangs that organize student bids and wild races. At this stage, teenagers dare take risks without consideration. Teenagers also want to feel their skills and reputation recognized. Even today, youth mutilation often occurs because they are vulnerable to circumstances, routines, and technological advances also produce concepts that are contrary to the social norms of society. Nowadays, mental health problems are also very vulnerable to adolescents. This is due to the deteriorating human relationship with nature and increased levels of stress, especially as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, means are needed to enable adolescents to channel their talents into beneficial activities that can enhance their thinking and prevent deviant behavior. Youth center is a fun and helpful place for teenagers. The purpose of the building is to give the younger generation the opportunity to participate in social, creative, and sporting activities. The youth center's design is located on Lingkar Street Boulevard, Summarecon Bekasi. Its strategic location is close to settlements, educational institutions, places of worship, and public facilities. The biophilic design approach at the Summarecon Youth Center aims to give building users the opportunity to participate in activities in a healthy environment, which will help them improve their intellectual skills, reduce their stress, and increase their productivity. Besides, plants have the ability to produce oxygen and absorb air pollutants, so that the air inside buildings becomes fresh and healthier. Used to respond to the climate conditions in Bekasi, vertical garden facades, sunlight barriers, and green roofs to collect rainwater are also applied.
