Abstract

Pendidikan terus melahirkan kebijakan baru untuk menciptakan pendidikan yang unggul. Terciptalah program merdeka belajar salah satunya sekolah penggerak. Program Sekolah penggerak merupakan usaha menciptakan visi pendidikan Indonesia serta menjadikan Indonesia maju yang berdaulat, mandiri dan berkepribadian melalui terwujudnya Pelajar Pancasila. Perubahan sekolah penggerak ada pada proses pembelajaran. Perubahan proses interaksi siswa dengan guru, perubahan proses interaksi guru dan guru, dan interaksi lainnya didalam sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui interaksi guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan program merdeka belajar sekolah penggerak dalam studi komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa di SMAN 50 Jakarta Timur. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keterlibatan interaksi, karena cocok dengan penelitian yang meneliti interaksi guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan program merdeka belajar sekolah penggerak studi komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa di SMAN 50 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah interaksi guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan program merdeka belajar sekolah penggerak diperlukan dan sangat pas karena sekolah penggerak memberikan kebebasan untuk siswa aktif serta memberikan ruang yang lebih banyak untuk guru dan siswa melakukan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa yang berdampak baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Merdeka Belajar, Sekolah Penggerak, Interaksi Guru dan Siswa, Komunikasi Interpersonal. / Education continues to produce new policies to create superior education. The independent learning program was created, one of which was a driving school. The Mobilization School Program is an effort to create a vision for Indonesian education and to make Indonesia developed which is sovereign, independent and has personality through the realization of Pancasila Students. The driving school change is in the learning process. Changes in the process of interaction between students and teachers, changes in the process of interaction between teachers and teachers, and other interactions within the school itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction between teachers and students in carrying out the independent learning drive school learning program in the study of interpersonal communication between teachers and students at SMAN 50 East Jakarta. The theory used in this research is interaction involvement, because it fits with research that examines the interaction of teachers and students in carrying out the independent school learning program driving the study of interpersonal communication between teachers and students at SMAN 50 East Jakarta. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are that the interaction of teachers and students in carrying out the independent learning program for driving schools is necessary and very appropriate because driving schools provide freedom for active students and provide more space for teachers and students to carry out interpersonal communication between teachers and students which has a good impact on the learning process.
