Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas hubungan tingkat pengetahuan polisi lalu lintas tentang polusi udara, masa kerja dan pemakaian alat pelindung diri dengan kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) di Satuan Lalu Lintas Wilayah Jakarta Timur, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode potong lintang dengan besar sampel 54 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kasus Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) sebanyak 59,3% dengan faktor yang paling berpengaruh berturut-turut adalah tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang tentang polusi udara sebanyak 25 responden (88%), masa kerja lama (≥ 5 tahun) 31 responden (83,9%), dan perilaku yang kurang baik terhadap pemakaian alat pelindung diri ada 28 responden (92,9%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan tingkat pengetahuan, masa kerja dan pemakaian APD memengaruhi kejadian ISPA. Kata kunci : ISPA, Polantas, Polusi Udara. The focus of this study is examined the relation between traffic police level of knowledge regarding air pollution, working period and use of Self-Protection Equipment with ARTI/ISPA incident in East Jakarta territory traffic police unit using questionnaire. The research uses Cross Sectional method and sample consists of 54 respondents. Result of this study found cases of Accute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARTI/ISPA) in 59,3%, and the most influencing factor is lack of knowledge regarding the air pollution found in 25 respondents (88%), long period of employment (> 5 years) found in 31 respondents (83,9%), and the poor behavior to self protection equipment found in 28 respondents (92,9%). Based on the result can be concluded that three variables can influence ARTI/ISPA. Keywords: ARTI/ISPA, Traffic Police, Air Pollution.
