Abstract

Infertilitas adalah kegagalan mencapai kehamilan setelah 12 bulan atau lebih setelah berhubungan seksual secara teratur tanpa menggunakan kontrasepsi. Infertilitas dapat disebabkan akibat faktor pria maupun wanita. Inseminasi intra uterin (IIU) adalah salah satu bentuk pengobatan infertilitas. Prosedur yang dilakukan adalah memasukkan sperma yang telah melalui proses preparasi ke dalam kavum uteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah sperma motil yang memberikan keberhasilan tertinggi pada inseminasi intra uterin di Morula IVF Jakarta periode Juni – Oktober 2018. Hasil penelitian akan dianalisis secara univariat. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, tingkat keberhasilan inseminasi intra uterin adalah 10%. Rata-rata motilitas sperma yang memberikan keberhasilan tertinggi adalah 78,69% sedangkan rata-rata jumlah sperma motilnya adalah 6,47 juta/ml. Kata Kunci : infertilitas, inseminasi intra uterin, preparasi sperma, motilitas sperma,jumlah sperma motil Infertility is the failure to achieve pregnancy after 12 months or more after regular sexual intercourse without using contraception. Infertility can be caused by male or female factors. Intra Uterine insemination (IUI) is one of infertility treatment. Its procedure is to place sperm resulted from the preparation process into the uterine cavity. This study aims to determine the sperm motile count that provide the highest success rate in intra uterine insemination in Morula IVF Jakarta from June - October 2018. The results of the study will be analyzed univariately. Based on the analysis that has been done, the success rate of intra uterine insemination is 10%. The average of sperm motility that give the highest success rate is 78.69% while the average of sperm motile count is 6.47 million/ml.
