Abstract

Data WHO menyebutkan bahwa 99% kematian ibu hamil dan bersalin terjadi di negara-negara berkembang. Indonesia termasuk salah satu negara berkembang. Salah satu penyebab masalah kematian ibu tersebut adalah abortus dengan presentasi sekitar 14-15% angka kejadian. Jenis abortus yang paling umum adalah abortus inkomplet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil penderita abortus inkomplet di RSU UKI periode Januari 2015 – Agustus 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berasal dari data sekunder berupa rekam medik. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh 78 pasien. Proporsi tertinggi adalah 33,3% pada kelompok usia lebih dari 35 tahun, 48,7% ibu rumah tangga, 44,9% berpenddikan terakhir SMU, 41% multipara, 43,6% tidak pernah abortus sebelumnya, dan 39% terjadi pada usia kehamilan 8 – 14 minggu. Kata Kunci : Abortus inkomplet, multipara WHO data states that 99% of maternal deaths occur in developing countries. Indonesia is one of the developing countries. One of the causes of maternal mortality is abortion with a presentation of around 14-15% of the incidence. The most common type of abortion is incomplete abortion. This study aims to determine the profile of incomplete abortion patients in the UKI General Hospital for the period of January 2015 - August 2018. This study uses descriptive methods. The data used comes from secondary data in the form of medical records. From this study 78 patients were obtained. The highest proportion was 33.3% in the age group over 35 years, 48.7% of housewives, 44.9% in the last high school education, 41% in multiparas, 43.6% never had previous abortions, and 39% occurred at the age of pregnancy 8-14 weeks.
