Abstract

Berhasilnya sebuah organisasi sekolah dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki serta didukung oleh beberapa faktor lainnya seperti warga organisasi sekolah dan juga pemimpin sekolah. Budaya organisasi sekolah menolong mengarahkan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai visi, misi yang didukung oleh kekompakan dalam team dalam berbagai departemen, divisi atau unit dalam sebuah organisasi sekolah. Budaya organisasi sekolah juga merupakan pengikat elemen-elemen dalam organisasi secara bersama-sama, sehingga menurut penulis budaya organisasi sekolah ini perlu dikembangkan karena akan memberikan pengaruh besar bagi mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali beberapa teori dan konsep tentang budaya organisasi sekolah termasuk juga fungsinya serta upaya yang harus dilakukan dalam pengembangan budaya organisasi sekolah. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penulis memaparkan teori dan konsep budaya organisasi sekolah serta memaparkan bagaimana implikasinya dalam pendidikan agama Kristen. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa dalam upaya pengembangan budaya organisasi sekolah didukung oleh peranan pendidikan agama Kristen dalam membentuk sikap baik warga sekolah yang terlibat serta sikap pemimpin yang mengarahkan pelaksanaan budaya organisasi sekolah, sehingga tercapai peningkatan mutu sebagaimana yang diharapkan melalui visi dan misi masing-masing sekolah. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, sekolah, pendidikan agama Kristen. / a school organization is described as successful that influenced by the quality of its human resources and supported in several other factors such as members of the school organization and also school leaders. Organizational culture give direction to the human resources to reaching the vision, mission which is supported by compactness teams between various departments, divisions or units within the school organization. School organizational culture is also binding various element in the organization togethernesive. According to the authors the school organizational culture needs to developed because it will have a major influence to the quality of education. This research aims to explore several theories and concepts about school organizational culture and the functions, and the efforts that must be doing to developing school organizational culture. By Using a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, the authors explain the theory and concept of the school organizational culture and explain how it implies to the Christian religious education. From the results of this reseach it was found that the efforts to developing school organizational culture were supported by the role of Christian religious education wich shaping a good attitudes of the school members organizatonal involved as well as the attitudes of leaders who lead the school organizational culture, so that the quality of education will increaseas as with should expected through vision and mission achievement in every organizatonal school.
