Abstract

Adanya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Indonesia menurut Catatan akhir tahun Komisi Nasional Anti Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan (Komnas Perempuan) tahun 2019 menunjukkan adanya 249 kasus, tahun 2020 sebanyak 418 kasus, dan pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 447 kasus. Berdasarkan data tersebut, maka penulis ingin membahasan sesuai yang ada pada rumusan masalah. Bagaimana perlindungan korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan bagaimana analisis putusan hakim terhadap kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Penulis meneliti tentang Perlindungan Hukum tentang Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga untuk meneliti Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Makassar Nomor 811/Pid.Sus/2021/PN. Mks. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendeketan Undang-Undang. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga belum dapat memenuhi hak�hak korban untuk mendapatkan ganti rugi material atas penderitaan yang dialami baik dalam bentuk restitusi maupun kompensasi. Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, KDRT, Korban, Kekerasan./ According to the year-end records of the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) in 2005, there were 20,391 cases of domestic violence and the latest data released by Komnas Perempuan on March 7, 2007 recorded 22,512 (twenty two thousand five hundred and twelve) cases of violence against women, increasing cases of domestic violence every year makes the author interested in discussing it. The author examines Legal Protection regarding Domestic Violence Based on the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence to examine the Makassar District Court Decision Number 811/Pid.Sus/2021/PN. Mks. The writing of this thesis uses normative juridical research methods with the law approach. In writing this, the authors conclude that the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence has not been able to fulfill the rights of victims to obtain material compensation for their suffering, both in the form of restitution and compensation.
