Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang berlangsung sudah memberikan banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan semua orang, termasuk perbankan, yaitu salah satu imbasnya yaitu seluruh bank yang ada di Indonesia bisa diharapkan agar terus memberikan layanan nasabah yang prima dan tentunya ikut bergabung. standar praktik kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran virus Covid-19. Tujuan laporan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah akhir ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan tentang dampak pandemi Co-19 terhadap pelayanan prima di PT. BPR Citra Bersada Abadi dan upaya yang dilakukan. Judul makalah ini menarik untuk disebut dan digunakan sebagai karya ilmiah definitif karena merupakan hal baru yang belum banyak dibicarakan masyarakat umum. Metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi literatur dan dokumentasi di gunakan dalam laporan ini. Kata kunci : Pandemi Covid-19, Pelayanan Prima, Bank. / The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has made many changes in everyone's lives, including banking, one of the effects of which is that all banks in Indonesia can be expected to continue to provide excellent customer service and of course join in. health practice standards set by the government to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this final scientific writing report is to explain the impact of the Co-19 pandemic on excellent service at PT. BPR Citra Bersada Abadi and the efforts made. The title of this paper is interesting to mention and use as a definitive scientific work because it is a new thing that has not been widely discussed by the general public. Descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation is used in this report.
