Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat Kepuasan Warga Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, Jakarta Timur terhadap kinerja dari produk lotion anti nyamuk Soffell. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling, yaitu warga Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, Jakarta Timur, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dengan membaca buku – buku dan sumber data lainnya yang masih berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Importance Perfomance Analysis, sedangkan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdapat skala Likert di dalamnya dan diagram kartesius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sikap sebagai tanggapan warga Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, Jakarta Timur atas atribut – atribut dari manfaat produk Soffell yang berada di katagori sangat puas dengan presentase kepuasan sebesar 85,23%. Fenomena ini berarti sampai saat ini warga Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, Jakarta Timur, telah merasa puas terhadap kinerja yang diberikan oleh produk lotion anti nyamuk Soffell. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah atribut yang berada di kuadran A, harus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen yakni daya produk tahan minimal selama delapan jam. Atribut yang berbeda di kuadran B, yakni harga produk terjangkau, kemasan/produk pembungkus praktis, kemasan produk mencantumkan aturan/peringatan dalam pemakaian, produk mudah diperoleh. Atribut yang berada di kuadran C, yakni produk ampuh mengusir nyamuk, produk aman dipergunakan, produk tersedia dalam beberapa varian. Kemudian yang terakhir atribut yang berada di kuadran D, yakni aroma produk wangi, produk sering memberikan bonus isi ekstra. / This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of the residents of Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Cipinang Cempedak Village, East Jakarta on the performance of Soffell's mosquito repellent lotion. Sources of data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling, namely residents of Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, East Jakarta, while secondary data were obtained through library research by reading books and other data sources that are still related to this research. The research methodology used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis method, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has a Likert scale in it and a Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the attitude value as a response to the residents of Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, East Jakarta for the attributes of the benefits of Soffell products which are in the very satisfied category with a satisfaction percentage of 85.23%. This phenomenon means that until now residents of Kebon Nanas Utara RT. 10 RW. 04 Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, East Jakarta, has been satisfied with the performance provided by the Soffell mosquito repellent product. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the attributes that are in quadrant A, must be carried out in accordance with consumer expectations, namely the durability of the product for a minimum of eight hours. Different attributes in quadrant B, namely affordable product prices, practical packaging/wrapping products, product packaging including rules/warnings in use, products are easy to obtain. Attributes that are in quadrant C, namely products that are effective in repelling mosquitoes, products are safe to use, products are available in several variants. Then the last attribute that is in quadrant D, namely the aroma of fragrant products, products often provide extra content bonuses.
