Abstract

Indonesia terletak di negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia, terdiri dari lebih dari 17.000 pulau dengan 34 provinsi. Karakteristik geografis tersebut menghadirkan berbagai tantangan kesehatan masyarakat dan menimbulkan ketimpangan dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Dari total penduduk Indonesia sekitar 270 juta, sekitar 83 juta adalah anak-anak. Metode penelitian deskriptif-analitik digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Informasi yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari rekam medis anak di RS Rujukan RSUP H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi yang terdiagnosis COVID-19 antara Januari hingga April 2021. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kelompok usia pasien adalah didominasi oleh anak usia 11-18 dengan jumlah 29 anak, diikuti anak usia 6-10 dengan jumlah 12, dan paling sedikit adalah kelompok usia 1 – 5 tahun dengan jumlah 6 anak. Mayoritas kelompok jenis kelamin pada penelitian ini yang positif COVID-19 adalah laki – laki dengan jumlah 29 anak dan perempuan 21 anak. Pasien dari segala usia yang terpapar COVID-19 di RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi didominasi laki-laki (58%), dan mayoritas berusia antara 11 sampai 18 tahun (58%). Pada anak yang dirawat karena COVID-19 di RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi, gejala yang muncul paling banyak adalah demam ringan (48%), dan ciri klinis yang muncul paling banyak adalah batuk (44%). Di RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi, nilai CT pada pasien COVID-19 anak terendah adalah 12,67. Di RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi, terdapat korelasi antara gejala klinis dengan nilai CT yang rendah pada pasien COVID-19 pediatrik. These geographical characteristics present various public health challenges and cause inequality in public health services. Children make up almost one-third, which is about 83 million of Indonesia's population of about 270 million people The type of research used in this study is descriptive-analytical research. The data used is secondary data taken from the medical records of pediatric patients with confirmed COVID-19 diagnoses at the Referral Hospital of RSUD H. Abdul Manap Jambi City for the period January – April 2021. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the age group of patients was dominated by children with the age group of 11-18 years with a total of 29 children, followed by the age group of 6-10 years with a total of 12 children and at least the age group of 1-5 years with a total of 6 children. The majority of sex groups in this study who were positive for Covid were men with a total of 29 children and 21 women. 1. Characteristics of pediatric patients exposed to Covid at Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital in Jambil city, the majority are in the age group of 11 – 18 years with a percentage of 58% and the majority of genders are men with a percentage of 58%. The most symptoms in pediatric Covid patients at the Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital in Jambi city are mild symptoms with a percentage of 48% with clinical characteristics in the form of cough with a percentage of 44%. The lowest CT value in pediatric Covid patients at Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital Jambi city was 12.67. There is a relationship between clinical symptoms and low CT values in pediatric Covid patients at Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital Jambi city.
