Abstract

Masalah utama pada penelitian ini yaitu: Apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik, apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Sedangkan ruanglingkup dari penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu merupakan metode penelitian yang berlandaskan positivistic (data konkrit), data penelitian berupa angka-angka yang akan diukur menggunakan statistic sebagai alat uji penghitungan, berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti untuk menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, tyerdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik SDN Gendong 05 Jakarta Timur, terdapat berpengaruh positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik SDN Gendong 05 Jakarta Timur, terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik SDN Gendong 05 Jakarta Timur. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kinerja tenaga pendidik. / The main problems in this study are: Is there an influence of leadership style on the performance of educators, whether there is an influence of motivation on the performance of educators and whether there is an influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of educators. While the scope of this research focuses on the influence of the principal's leadership style and motivation on the performance of educators. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of educators, to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of educators and to determine the style of leadership and motivation on the performance of educators. The research method used is quantitative method, which is a research method based on positivistic (concrete data), research data in the form of numbers to be measured using statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem under study to produce a conclusion. The results of the study, there is a significant positive effect of the principal's leadership style on the performance of educators at SDN Gendong 05 East Jakarta, there is a significant positive effect between work motivation on the performance of educators at SDN Gendong 05 East Jakarta, there is a significant positive effect on leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of the educators of SDN Gendong 05 East Jakarta.
