Abstract

Dalam perkembangan dunia industri sekarang, perusahaan harus mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Untuk itu perusahaan, harus dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang ada dengan selektif yang berkaitan dengan masalah komitmen seorang karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Komitmen karyawan akan perusahaan menjadi titik penting dalam suatu perusahaan, dikarenakan mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup signifikan bagi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Komitmen Organisasional suatu perusahaan. Apabila Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja sudah terpenuhi maka tingkat komitmen seorang karyawan akan meningkat, begitupun sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Trigana Air Service. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 350 karyawan dan jumlah sampel yang diambil 15% dari populasi sebesar 53 karyawan. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi berganda (R2). Perolehan data diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner atau angket kepada karyawan dan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Dalam mengolah data-data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan bantuan alat analisis program SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis regresi linier berganda melalui hasil uji ANOVA diapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi linier berganda signifikan dan model regresi yang digunakan sudah tepat, dan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 26,235 + 0,411 X1 + 0,264 X2. Dan diperoleh konstanta sebesar 26,235 yang berarti apabila variabel independent nilainya 0 maka variabel dependen Komitmen Organisasional nilainya sebesar 26,235. Hasil koefisien untuk variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X1) memiliki nilai sebesar 0,411 atau 41,1% sedangkan untuk koefisien variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai sebesar 0,264 atau 26,4%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independent memberi pengaruh ke arah positif terhadap variabel dependen. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional. / In today's industrial world, companies must be able to compete with other companies. For this reason, the company must be able to utilize existing human resources selectively related to the issue of an employee's commitment to the company. Employee commitment to the company becomes an important point in a company, because it has a significant influence on the achievement of company goals. Job Satisfaction and Work Environment are factors that can affect the Organizational Commitment of a company. If job satisfaction and work environment have been met, the level of commitment of an employee will increase, and vice versa. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Trigana Air Service. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 350 employees and the number of samples taken was 15% of the population of 53 employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and multiple coefficient of determination (R2). Obtaining data is taken through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires to employees and the measurement scale uses a Likert scale. In processing research data, researchers use the help of SPSS 20 program analysis tools. Based on the results of the study, multiple linear regression analysis through ANOVA test results, it can be concluded that the multiple linear regression model is significant and the regression model used is correct, and multiple linear regression equations are obtained. Y = 26,235 + 0.411 X1 + 0.264 X2. And obtained a constant of 26,235 which means that if the independent variable is 0 then the dependent variable is Organizational Commitment whose value is 26,235. The coefficient results for the Job Satisfaction variable (X1) have a value of 0.411 or 41.1% while the coefficient for the Work Environment variable (X2) has a value of 0.264 or 26.4%. From these results it can be concluded that the independent variable has a positive influence on the dependent variable. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment
