Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui peran ASOD dalam menangani Drugs Trafficking di Indonesia serta untuk mengetahui upaya ASEAN Senior Officials on Drugs Matters (ASOD) dalam upaya menanggulangi drugs trafficking di Indonesia. Dalam membuktikannya, digunakan konsep Transnasional Crime dan Cooperative Security. Metode pengambilan data didalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif serta menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini adakah upaya yang ASOD lakukan dalam menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut adalah membuat ASEAN Work Plan on Securing Communities Against Illicit Drugs 2016-2025 dimana dalam kerangka kerja tersebut, ASOD memberikan rekomendasi kegiatan kepada tiap negara-negara ASEAN. Banyak kegiatan yang telah dilakukan Indonesia yang mengacu pada komponen kegiatan yang diberikan ASOD tersebut. Keyword: ASOD, ASEAN, Narkoba, Indonesia, Kejahatan Transnasional This study aims to determine the role of ASOD in dealing with Drugs Trafficking in Indonesia and to find out the efforts of ASEAN Senior Officials on Drugs Matters (ASOD) in an effort to tackle drugs trafficking in Indonesia. In proving it, the concept of Transnational Crime and Cooperative Security is used. The data collection method in this study is qualitative and uses primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study are any efforts that ASOD has made in overcoming this problem is to make the ASEAN Work Plan on Securing Communities Against Illicit Drugs 2016-2025 wherein within this framework, ASOD provides recommendations for activities for each ASEAN country. Many activities have been carried out by Indonesia which refer to the components of the activities provided by the ASOD
