Abstract

Poliomyelitis adalah penyakit menular akut yang disebabkan oleh virus dengan predileksinya sel anterior massa kelabu sumsum tulang belakang dan batang otak, dengan akibat kelumpuhan otot otot dengan distribusi dan tingkat yang bervariasi serta bersifat permanen. Pasien wanita 58 tahun didiagnosis sebagai osteo artritis dengan riwayat polio sejak kecil. Pasien mengeluhkan nyeri pada panggul kanan sejak setahun ini Pasien direncanakan untuk menjalani operasi hemiarthroplasty bipolar dengan pembiusan anestesi regional epidural. Anestesia epidural dengan regimen 15 ml bupivacaine 0,5% plain, di area L2-L3, hemodinamik saat operasi ceenderung stabil dengan nadi 80-90 kali / menit, tekanan darah 90-110 /60-75 mmHg. Setelah operasi pasien kembali keruangan dengan analgesia morpin 1 mg dalam 10 ml, diberikan setiap 10-12 jam. Pemilihan anestesia regional epidural bertujuan untuk meminimalkan pengaruh penurunan fungsi motorik namun tidak dirasakan nyeri saat operasi dan setelah operasi. Kata kunci: Poliomyelitis, anestesi epidural, hemiartroplasty bipolar. / Poliomyelitis is an acute infectious disease caused by a virus which could causes cell damaging of anterior mass of gray spinal cord and brain stem, with consequent paralysis of muscle s with distribution and varying degree and nature permanent. A 58th years old woman patient was diagnosed with osteoarthritis with history of poliomyelitis since childhood. The patient complains pain in right hip since 1 years ago. This patient had operation hemiarthroplasty bipolar and had regional anesthesia for this procedure. Epidural anesthesia technique with regimen 15 ml bupivacaine 0.5% plain, in the area of L2-L3, Durante hemodynamic operations tend to be stable, with a pulse of 80-90 beats / minute, blood pressure of 90-110 / 60-75 mm Hg. Postoperatively the patient back to the room with morphine analgesic regimen of 1 mg in a volume of 10 ml, administered every 10-12 hours.
