Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memiliki arti bahwa tenaga kerja atau karyawan sangat dibutuhkan serta menjadi hal yang memegang peran paling utama dalam mencetak laba, barang dan jasa bagi perusahaan. Maka dari itu penting sekali dari pihak perusahaan memperhatikan Keselamatan dan kesehatan dari para pekerja karena hal tersebut sangat bepengaruh terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan itu sendiri, jika perusahaan kurang mengontrol keselamatan dan kesehatan para pekerja itu akan berakibat fatal baik dari segi perfoma perusahaan maupun dari sisi tenaga kerja itu sendiri, disisi lain ada pula faktor dari lingkungan kerja yang memang sangat kurang di perhatikan oleh perusahaan pada saat ini. Lingkungan kerja berkaitan dengan segala yang melingkupi suasana, fasilitas, dan aspek lainnya yang menunjang performa kerja karyawan. Mencermati itu perusahaan berkewajiban memiliki fasilitas kerja yang layak untuk produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini memakai data kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis re dengan sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Pendekatan yang untuk menghimpun data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran skala likert yang diproses dengan SPSS 25 for windows. Riset ini menerangkan terdapat relevansi nyata antara keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap performa karyawan dan berimplikasi antara lingkungan kerja dan performa karyawan serta berdampak secara simultan yang substansial bagi keselamatan, kesehatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pengaruh kinerja karyawan. Saran: Diharapkan perusahaan selalu memperhatikan Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan, seperti menyediakan topi pelindung kepala untuk pegawai yang bekerja pada bagian pemindahan barang-barang, mengadakan penyuluhan mengenai prosedur penggunaan alat produksi dengan aman, menyediakan klinik pengobatan untuk para pekerja yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja, menyediakan sarung tangan atau alat lain untuk melindungi pekerja. Diharapkan perusahaan memperhatikan ruang kerja bagi para pekerja, dimana harus memiliki suhu, sirkulasi udara, dan pencahayaan yang memadai, memberikan inovasi baru di ruang kerja sehingga dapat memberikan kenyamanan untuk para pekerja, memperhatikan kebersihan lingkungan untuk kenyamanan karyawan. / Human resources have the meaning that labor or employees are needed and are the things that play the most important role in making profits, goods and services for the company. Therefore, it is very important from the company to pay attention to the safety and health of the workers because it greatly affects the success of the company itself, if the company does not control the safety and health of the workers it will be fatal both in terms of company performance and in terms of the workforce. alone, On the other hand, there are also factors from the work environment that the company is not paying attention to at this time. employees themselves, therefore the company must prepare adequate working environment conditions. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the data analysis used is re with the number of samples in this study is 30 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. All data in this study were processed using SPSS 25 for Windows. Suggestion: It is expected that the company will always pay attention to the health and safety of employees, such as providing protective head hats for employees who work in the transfer of goods, holding counseling on procedures for using production equipment safely, providing medical clinics for workers who have work accidents, providing gloves or other means to protect workers. The company is expected to pay attention to the work space for workers, which must have adequate temperature, air circulation, and lighting, provide new innovations in the workspace so that it can provide comfort for workers, pay attention to environmental cleanliness for employee comfort.
