Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Anak Pelaku Tindak Pidana berdasarkan Putusan No 32/Pid.Sus.Anak/2016/PN.JKT.BRT. Dewasa ini sering terjadi tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak,salahsatunya adalah tindak penganiayaan, yang dimana diatur dalam pasal 351-358 KUHP. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah perlindungan hukum bagi anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana penganiayaan sesuai dengan system peradilan pidana anak di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian hukum yuridis normative dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan mengungkapkan fakta dan perundang-undangan./ This study is entitled "Legal Protection of Children of Criminal Actors based on Decision No. 32 / Pid.Sus.Anak / 2016 / PN.JKT.BRT. Nowadays there are often crimes committed by children, one of which is an act of persecution, which regulates in articles 351-358 of the Criminal Code. The problem in this study is the legal protection for children who have participated in criminal offenses in accordance with the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative juridical research method using normative juridical research by revealing facts and agreements.
