Abstract

Skabies adalah penyakit kulit menular yang disebabkan oleh infestasi dan sensitisasi terhadap Sarcoptes scabiei varian hominis. Santri merupakan salah satu kelompok yang berisiko tinggi dan umumnya dianggap paling rentan terkena skabies. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang skabies menyebabkan penyakit ini masih sering ditemukan di kalangan santri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan santri tentang faktor penyebab skabies di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Qur’an MataQu di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel penelitan ini yaitu 72 santri berdasarkan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan link google form yang telah dibuat dan kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan untuk aspek pengetahuan faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah kurang pengetahuan tentang cara penularan skabies. Aspek sikap faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah menggunakan perlengkapan tidur secara bergantian. Aspek perilaku faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah kurangnya kebersihan tempat tidur seperti jarang menjemur kasur dan mengganti sprei dan sarung bantal. Namun demikian aspek pengetahuan santri dikategorikan cukup dan sikap serta perilaku berada dalam katagori baik. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar upaya mencegah terjadinya penularan skabies. Kata kunci: skabies, pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku, santri. / Scabies is an infectious skin disease caused by infestation and sensitization to Sarcoptes scabiei variant hominis. Santri are one of the high-risk groups and are generally considered to be the most vulnerable to scabies. Lack of knowledge about scabies causes this disease to be often found among students. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of students about the causes of scabies at the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an MataQu Islamic Boarding School in Bogor Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a cross sectional study approach. The number of samples for this research is 72 students based on the slovin formula. The data collection technique uses the google form link that has been created and then the data is processed using univariate analysis. The results of the study were obtained for the knowledge aspect of the influencing factors, namely lack of knowledge about how scabies is transmitted. The attitude aspect of the influencing factor is using sleeping equipment alternately. The behavioral aspects of the factors that influence it are the lack of cleanliness of the bed, such as rarely drying the mattress and changing bed sheets and pillowcases. However, the knowledge aspect of the students is categorized as sufficient and the attitudes and behavior are in the good category. It is hoped that this research can become the basis for efforts to prevent scabies transmission. Keywords: scabies, knowledge, attitude, behavior, students
